Well, I guess he already has a job, and obviusly when you sue it is because you want money. How is the point hard to look at?.

Radio Willy is right. This did happen long ago. In November of 2000. He failed though.

Okay. First, everyone who mentions spoons:
HE DIDN'T MENTION THE PSYCHIC POWERS AT ALL. IT WAS ABOUT THE RACISM THAT HE CLAIMED WAS EMBODIED IN KADABRA. Back to the topic. Nintendo shrugged this off, as you can see. The lightning bolts aren't really that similar to the SS insignia, and remember people - it's the Japanese who invented Kadabra. They don't have the same culture as us in the west, thus they probably wouldn't have understood that two "SS" represented the Nazis (I'm guessing here, with reference to the whole Jynx debate). Finally, Uri Geller was just an attention and money seeker, like the woman who complained about Jynx being a "racist depiction of black people" (when in fact it was based off a fad going around amongst Japanese schoolgirls). Yes, but it was the fact that it was brought up again because of the fact that Kadabra wasn't included in the recent Power Keepers TCG set list. The only you can get Abra to become an Abra is through the use of its attack, or using Rare Candy (the trainer Card.) So, people wondered if it might be over the Uri Gellar thing, seeing as there was a big thing about it a while ago. However, I think it has little to do with it, as that happened so long ago that they would have removed it from everything then, not now. But then why not include Kadabra? They can't have just forgotten, I mean they made sure Abra could evolve right into Alakazam immediately, so they must have left it out purposefully. But about Uri, I think that is absolutely daft that he did that, although, does that mean he must have been playing Pokemon to realise that it was apparently copying him? you must be desperate to sue nintendo over something like kadabra. REALLY desperate. What's next? Is a pine tree going to sue nintendo over pineco?
