So I've been looking for a Growlithe in my Diamond. So I looked it up under the "location" section of Psypokes and it said "Insert FireRed cartridge" what's that mean?

It means you need the cartrige of the game Pokémon: FireRed (which was made for the GameBoy Advance) and insert it to the bottom slot of your DS.
