Egg Moves and Egg Hatching Questions

I'm working on getting egg moves for a good Lapras, but I came across something. Right now, I have bred with Cranidos so I have a baby Lapras with the move Ancient Power. If I breed a female Lapras with Ancient Power with a male Horsea that knows Dragon Dance, the baby Lapras should hatch knowing Dragon Dance as well, but will it also retain its other egg move, Ancient Power?
Also, I'm using Magby's Flame Body ability to hatch the eggs faster. If I have two Magbys with me, will the eggs hatch four times as fast, or will they still hatch twice as fast? |

For the breeding question, the male pokemon must know all egg moves.
