I can't believe that nobody has mentioned . It should definatly be Ice/Dark, after all... as an Ice type & a Dark type is poor.

kingdra should have wonder gaurd, and gyrados should be dragon/water instead of flying/water. i mean, it cant even fly, yet its flying type.

Ever since G/S ihave thought that should have been water/steel coz of its cannons, IMO.

i think gyrados should be water/dark (it would pwn everything if it was dragon

sneasel should be dark/bug or just dark (it looks kinda buggish to me)

most of the others i agree with but i think that there should be a special type given only to a few pokemon... Baby types (they would only have a 50/50 chance getting hit because of size and cuteness and they would have a few better moves but no weaknesses or resistances other than what their other type has)

pichu should be electric/baby

also something that isnt on here surprisinngly

jynx should be ice/dark

there should definitely be a ghost/steel type though

Actually can learn Fly, at least it could in Crystal, which was the last time I tried to teach it Fly.

Blaze, why would we want a volcano type? Wouldn't that be the same as Fire + Ground? Speaking of which, I agree with psycho_freak that should be Ground-Fire, and should be Water-Psychic (or Water-Something, at least).

I once thought should be part Ground because it's a tortoise (which lives on ground too), but now I don't think it would be a very good idea. Steel might be a good second type, but I doubt that'll happen.

It would make sense that losed its Poison side, but then we would have too many pure Ghosts in comparison with Ghost dual types.

Some corrections... Gardevoir is NOT part-Grass, it's pure Psychic. Also, Cacturne is Grass/Dark, and not pure Dark.

What I meant was in response to um...; he/she (sorry, I don't know ) said that Gardevoir should be part Grass and Cacnea and Cacturne should be Poison type instead of Grass.

I for one think should NOT be fire/dragon. It would totally destroy the balance of power among the starters. They'd have to give Blastoise some ice attacks to compensate, and even then it wouldn't be quite fair because Charizard would still only take normal damage from ice attacks. (I know there are other pokemon that could still handle him, but since the starters are supposed to be pretty equal I'm only considering them.) And then to give him levitate, eliminating another of his few remaining weaknesses? I love 'zard to death, but I don't think he needs to be any more uber than he already is.

well i agree with alot and dont agree with some is though already.but what i would like is for the programmers of this game to make some sence i mean a normal type shouldnt it be water.

and i think should be steel/dark or atleast learn a good steel attack.

in a way is supposed to be fire/dragon, it's very obvious. Maybe they can come up with a new type that does double weakness to it.

and should have levitate instead of the nearly useless magnet pull. They float and hover like koffing and weezing and as such should also share the poison blobs' immunity to ground attacks.

i also agree magmite and magneton should have levitate
