Name = Parker Region = Unknown Region (haven't named yet...) City = (above) Type = Grass Background = He is actually new to the region coming from the "Paradise" known as Hoenn, at least that's what the people he now lives around call it. He is the advisor for the facility known as the "Grass Resort" which is located in the same town as his Gym & is the only place in the region currently capable of being homage to pokemon that perfer the forest or grassland environmental settings...this is due to an incident that affected the whole region at some point in time. He himself is in his late 20s & dresses quite casually sporting just a plain long sleeved green shirt with a timberwolf shirt lengthed vest along with black pants & green sandels & his hair is green with black highlights. He loves a windy forest & tries to give that image to all of his opponents at any cost all while keeping his head on straight plus he's a layed back kind of guy that only challenges those he feel have the potiential to tackle the remaining 4 Gyms following his...if not, then he will give the impression that he is too lazy to accept your challenge & that will be the end of it until you prove otherwise. He also has a crush on Erika from Kanto, secretly though... Pokemon Team (first visit); 1. / Male / LV27 / Chlorophyll Movepool = Twister / Leaf Storm / Whirl Wind / Air Slash 2. / Male / LV28 / Early Bird Movepool = Whirl Wind / Faint Attack / Seed Bomb / Fake Out 3. / Male / LV29 / Overgrow Movepool = Leaf Storm / Dragon Breath / Giga Drain / Leech Seed 4. / Male / LV29 / Leaf Guard Movepool = Leaf Storm / Giga Drain / Ancient Power / Wring Out 5. / Male / LV30 / Chlorophyll Movepool = Whirl Wind / Leaf Storm / Razor Wind / Extrasensory Stradegy = As he is a patient person, he simply does what he likes best...uses Tropius as a warning for things to come then switches to one of his Whirl Wind users & well, uses Whirl Wind along with speed to overcome your pokemon that may cause him problems & otherwise works his other moves based on your pokemon type wise...once one of his Whirl Wind user is taken out besides Tropius, he will switch to one of his Giga Drain users & proceed to work on draining your pokemon dry while he overwelms them with powerful special attacks all based on your pokemon...aside from this, 1 other thing to note is that he doesn't use his special attacking Shiftry early unless he would be at a type disavantage otherwise... Aftermath = Island Badge / TM for Giga Drain / $7500 Pokedollars Special Note = Parker doesn't challenge the protagonist in this region until he/she brings him a picture of Erika which just happens to pop up somehow in some way...other then this it's as said above... |

Silver wrote: This is a fun topic im surpriesed it isnt getting alot of replies. This is probably because not alot of people understand the phrase "The Fake Gym leaders" well enough I guess or not enough traffic is coming to this section of the site with much creativity...meh...well, time to get back on Topic... Name = Minato Region = Unknown Region (haven't named yet...) City = (above) Type = Diversity (Eevolution) Background = As the current Champion's brother, he is without question an Elite among Gym Leaders period & is also a Eevee fanatic as you will see below...As the Toxic Zone's owner has a Poison Eevolution as a Pet, you would expect him to know about...but, he doesn't know it exists, well not yet anyway. Before the region's "incident" occured, he was a trainer just like you except one problem, he lost to the Champion which was his brother at that time as well & through a recalibration phase & after the "incident" occured decided to just be a Gym Leader for the region...he doesn't mind much though as he isn't a very competitive person...however, he doesn't take defeat the best way in the world either hinch the reason he isn't still a traveling trainer anymore...he is 16 & sports a typical black silk short sleeved shirt & black silk jogging pants that aren't baggy & finally black running shoes...he is a bit new to the region but has been there for around 1 1/2 years...he was originally from Sevii Islands...enough said... Pokemon Team (first visit); 1. / Male / LV34 / Water Absorb Movepool = Brine / Shadow Ball / Signal Beam / Icy Wind (may not be an active party member...) 2. / Male / LV34 / Volt Absorb Movepool = Charge Beam / Signal Beam / Shadow Ball / Thunder Wave 3. / Male / LV34 / Flash Fire Movepool = Bite / Iron Tail / Heat Wave / Last Resort 4. / Male / LV34 / Synchronize Movepool = Signal Beam / Calm Mind / Shadow Ball / Psychic 5. / Male / LV34 / Synchronize Movepool = Swagger / Payback / Spite / Last Resort (may not be an active party member...) 6. / Male / LV34 / Leaf Guard Movepool = Razor Leaf / Aerial Ace / Iron Tail / Last Resort 7. / Male / LV34 / Snow Cloak Movepool = Signal Beam / Water Pulse / Avalanche / Shadow Ball (may not be an active party member...) Stradegy = Well...not really much stradegy here except use what works is kind of his thing...aka, whatever works best based on your pokemon's type...the biggest threat here is actually the abilities that his pokemon has...they can stop you from wanting to use Hail or Sunny Day or even Rain Dance...they can stop you from wanting to inflict status conditions on his pokemon as well but aside from that it's just type variety which might become an issue but as you are surely to be either on level with him or above his level...this shouldn't prove to be too much of an issue...last but not least, use a slower pokemon on Umbreon, Your pokemon capable of taking out his pokemon the fastest against any of them with Last Resort (possibly including Umbreon...) & for the rest...it's really up to you...P.S. He actually is the hardest of the Gyms in the region but due to level difference by time you get to him...not so much... Aftermath = DNA Badge / $10000 Pokedollars / Unlocks Story Content... Special Note = Vaporeon is switch with either Umbreon or Glaceon based on your team type wise...& then the last slot is filled with one of the remaining Eevolutions that was not used in the first slot at random but this time not based on anything...& as for the TM he gives you, none & instead he unlocks the 2nd of 4 sets of TMs that is sold to you ingame...they are large sets & with all 4 comes the whole TM collection... |

Name: Scimon Specialty: Relentlessly using heavilly damaging attacks. (rarley manipulates status) Gym: The Seventh gym leader in a future region. Has no gym. He constantly travels. He can be randomly found in any town or route after the player has six badges. Origin: Grew up as an absolute "Do-gooder" slowly faded away from having a social life. He eventually left his home and became a trainer. He grew to enjoy rare, powerfull, and damaging attacks. Some of his pokemon know moves they normally shouldn't. (This is my actual team since Diamond and Pearl. I traded them to soul silver. I used AR to get these attacks, but that is the only thing I used it for. They are not hacked in any other way. I obtained a few from Pokemon colleseum.) Name = Michelle Region = Unknown Region (haven't named yet...) City = (above) Type = Ice Background = She's a prodigy engineer & only 13 years old with an Ice Fortress as a Gym...she sports suspender jeans which are blue over a maroon shirt with maroon foot only boots & a blue construction helmet with Maroon stringed goggles on & her hair is bronze for some reason...her parents are divorced with her mother living in another region which is currently unknown & her father living in the town in which she helps to keep functioning properly on a almost daily basis...she decided herself to stay with her father once she learned about the divorce instead of her mother mainly cause she wanted to become what she is already now which her father used to be before the region's "incident" cause him a career ending injury...the reason she has a Gym is mainly because she wanted to show off her projects to tourist & since trainers are the bulk of them what better way to do so...while she may dress like a worker & do as such, she is also very adorable & a bit immature at times like when she loses a battle...she also occasionally explores the cave near town on occasion for metals, etc. which she uses in her projects & as energy for the town etc...also to note is that the region she is originally from is unknown at this point & that she absolutely loves the Sinnoh Underground & the "Metal Valley" which is in the same region as her Gym & also appeared as a result of the "incident"... Pokemon Team (first visit); 1. / Male / LV38 / Skill Link Movepool = Rock Blast / Icicle Spear / Spike Cannon / Clamp 2. / Female / LV39 / Oblivious Movepool = Avalanche / Hail / Blizzard / Psychic 3. / Male / LV40 / Ice Body Movepool = Crunch / Hail / Blizzard / Avalanche 4. / Female / LV41 / Snow Cloak Movepool = Avalanche / Hail / Shadow Ball / Water Pulse Stradegy = umm, well, she starts out with Cloyster to pound you with multi hit attacks all of which will always hit 5 times due to it's Skill Link ability & may or maynot use Clamp first to add insult to injury based on Cloyster's target...Next is either Jynx or Glalie who will proceed to utilize the dangerous Blizzard attack which due to Hail already being active via before the battle only takes one step...however it will go away in 5 turns like other Hail instead of staying active like other environmentally caused weather effects...except for Cloyster, all her pokemon have Hail so it ain't going no where for too long...anywho, Jynx has Psychic which scares Fighting types off & Glalie has Crunch which is not as dangerous but works normally against some of Ice's weaknesses...lastly or after either Jynx or Glalie falls there comes Froslass which is basically a speedy powerhouse which while it may not have Blizzard still has Avalanche &...Shadow Ball which does decent damage to all of Ice's weaknesses except Steel & Water Pulse which will pretty much wipe out Fire & Rock Type pokemon & do acceptable damage to Fighting & Steel Type pokemon & regardless of the target has a chance to confuse the target which is worse...Ability wise, Glalie recovers while Hail is active, Froslass is harder to hit in the same weather, Jynx is uneffected by the rare tactic known as Infatuation via Attract, etc. & Cloyster gets every hit every time with 3 of it's attacks via it's Skill Link ability...this match is difficult & will require some amount of skill even with the right pokemon Type wise...can you survive the Ice Fortress Assault?... Aftermath = Igloo Badge / TM for Avalanche / $12500 Pokedollars Special Note = All the people in her town live in Igloo thus the reason the badge is the Igloo Badge...see?... |

First Gym Leader in the same region as the others I have made: Luaith(16), a fire type specialist. Luaith and her two friends, Sean(15) and Kaylee(16), run the gym in a town where the average temperature during the summer is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. This is partially because the town is built on a highly active volcanic wasteland, and originated as a geothermal power plant. Coincidentally, Luaith and her friends all used to work for Team Magma (and still wear their old uniforms). Sean stands by the door of the gym to keep unworthy opponents from entering. In order for him to let a person in, that person must first venture into the nearby caves and bring him... a small wooden statue of a bellsprout. He loves bellsprout. More about their backrounds: Luaith and Sean joined Team Magma two years earlier and only recently retired from it. Kaylee joined a short time after them and was assigned to Luaith's and Sean's group. Though Kaylee wasn't much use in any situation and none of them were good battlers, their group quickly increased in importance as Luaith and Sean proved themselves to be useful in the field and quick to improvise. And they never just let someone keep walking through Team Magma's HQ after suffering defeat. The gym itself has cement walls and floors, and is the only building in the city with no air conditioning. These are the teams that must be faced to defeat this gym: Ex-Magma Grunt Sean Slugma female lv. 13 -Yawn -Smog -Ember -Rock Throw Growlithe male lv. 14 -Odor Sleuth -Bite -Ember -Leer Ex-Magma Grunt Kaylee Ponyta male lv. 13 -Tackle -Growl -Flame Wheel -Will-O-Wisp Vulpix female lv. 14 -Ember -Roar -Quick Attack -Will-O-Wisp Gym Leader Luaith Numel male lv. 15 -Focus Energy -Magnitude -Ember -Will-O-Wisp Flareon male lv. 15 -Ember -Will-O-Wisp -Sand-Attack -Tail Whip Houndour female lv. 17 -Bite -Roar -Smog -Ember Prize: The Heat Badge (some people said it was unimaginative, but there's not a lot you can think about in that town except the heat.), 250 pokedollars, TM Will-O-Wisp, and the ability to use Strength outside of battle. |

Name: Duvel Region: Pagora City: Dukare (3/4 of the way up a mountain) Gym Type: Power Badge: Partnership Badge. All pokemon gain double the amount of friendship earned between trainer and pokemon. TM: Return Gym: The gym is found just out side of the city further up the mountain in a cave. There are no trainers just very powerful wild pokemon. Any repels carried are taken from contesting trainers at the entrance. Duvel can be found on an island in the deepest basement of the cave surounded by a lake. On this island there is a ladder leading to a back entrance used by Duvel for quick and easy access. Back ground: As a young trainer Duvel was searching the mountains (with his Larvitar) near his home town of Dukare where he happened upon on an abandoned Thundron nest. with in th nest he found a single lonely egg which he took into his care. When the egg hatched he trained the Sparkron along with his Larvitar and caught a Shellos, and Pidgey. As he trained he devoted his time to developing his friendship with his pokemoon to the max eventualy teaching each of his companions return. Name = Yamato Region = Unknown Region (haven't named yet...) City = (above) Type = Dark Background = The previous Gym Leader of Yamato's town also used Dark Type pokemon but was deemed too unstable mentally to be what a gym leader is supposed to be so he was banished from the city & his location is unknown at moment so Yamato replaced him after moving to the region around the same time this happened which is at the same as when the protagonist starts his/her journey & so on...He is to his town's suprise almost as competitive as the person he replaced as he absolutely dispises losing yet he does what he is suppose to do when he loses & just rants about his opponent getting their's one day...he has a sister about his age which is 14 & unlike him, she is very disliking of competition thus they do not get along at all so while they are in the same region, they never see each other, ever...He is in terms of personality hard to get along with & very competitive...but also somewhat smart when it comes to battling...he has black hair & sports a silk black short sleeve shirt & silk black jeans that has a white belt holding them up & black sneakers with white socks & has a black Onyx neckless which he is always wearing at all times... Pokemon Team (first visit); 1. / Male / LV45 / Keen Eye Movepool = Pain Split / Payback / Shadow Claw / Zen Headbutt 2. / Male / LV46 / Pressure Movepool = Beat Up / Embargo / Night Slash / Ice Punch 3. / Male / LV47 / Flash Fire Movepool = Beat Up / Fire Fang / Crunch / Embargo 4. / Male / LV48 / Super Luck Movepool = Embargo / Psycho Cut / Night Slash / Future Sight Stradegy = His stradegy is simple...Use Sableye to take out as much of your team as possible as possible using Pain Split then it's other attacks & once Sableye falls, he unleashes a deadly combo that will force you to fight without items of any kind...this he does with all 3 of his remaining pokemon who all come out using Embargo on all your pokemon before proceeding to obliterate them with powerful attack which you are force to either stop from happening or fall to the darkness...Embargo lasts more then long enough for a pokemon to defeat another & without items to use yourself, you are forced to depend on your pokemon's power alone with no chance of stopping anything that starts to turn the fight around...in short, you better bring your S game or after Sableye...you will lose quickly without a Steel or Bug Type in your party which is the only recommeded types to fight him with as Fighting Type is weakened by 1 attack from 2 of his pokemon & will fall easily if faced with Sableye...Bug & Steel will only have a problem with Houndoom which is 1 pokemon so...just use something else for that 1 lol... Aftermath = Onyx Badge / TM for Payback / $15000 Pokedollars Special Note = He gives you the TM for Payback instead of the 1 for Embargo because he wants you to know that he will get you back for beating him meaning he is very competitive... |

Found this topic after Lawrence Codye told me he made a male grass gym leader. I like how he turned out And Dusty sounds like a psychopath. Lol. I don't think Nintendo would approve of a gym leader that kills a pokemon, but I wouldnt mind. The pokemon world needs a darker side. --------------- Name: Albus Name origin: latin word for white Gender: male Speciality: Normal Badge: Herd Badge TM given: Facade Appearance: In his 20s. Brown hair, brown eyes. Wears cowboy hat, cowboy boots, jeans, and leather vest. Backstory: His family has run the Moomoo Farm in Johto for many generations. When the main dairy miltank had that terrible sickness, she had just given birth to a tauros calf, and was too weak to nurse him. Out of the kindness of his heart, Albus bottlefed and raised the tauros. Soon the tauros grew big and strong, and Albus began training him to battle. When a family friend(who was a gym leader in a faraway region)died of cancer, it shocked some people to find out that he had wanted a simple farm boy to take his place. This person had no children, just a niece who was too young to train pokemon anyway. Albus was a bit unsure of himself at first. He didn't know if he could handle the responsibility, but he turned out to be a natural. Team: male Ability: Anger Point Moves: Zen Headbutt, Swagger, Facade, Pursuit female Ability: Scrappy Moves: Stomp, Milk Drink, Focus Blast, Endure male Ability: Intimidate Moves: Double Kick, Sand Attack, Calm Mind, Take Down ------------------------- Wow that turned out pretty cool. |

Charizard Rider wrote: Wow that turned out pretty cool. Yeah...that did turn out pretty cool...nice background story too... Name = Luke Region = Unknown Region (haven't named yet...) City = (above) Type = Ground Background = His family members are the only people who can become the 8th Gym Leader in his region due to it well, basically being a tradition & the fact that they have the best trained pokemon that's suited for the Gym...he is the 5th member of his family to be appointed to be the Gym Leader of his town & he learns directly from his father & mother...his father teaches him about the Ground Type itself & his mother teaches him about the secondary types of whatever Ground Type pokemon he has, mainly the Rock Type which she perfers over the Ground Type...he was appointed around the time of the region's "incident" when his father retired about at the same time...he is 19 & like everyone else in his family is a bit fit & muscular but not to an outrageous extent...his hair is cut down to where he is almost bald & is black & he sports a white beater & dark tan jeans with a black belt holding it up & has no shoes at times & at other times wears short cloth socks which are white...a hier to his position has not been born yet but there's no need as a person in his position usually lasts well over 20 years if they don't retire early which isn't often...lastly, his pokemon team represent each possible environmental setting the region has...excluding sky cause their family doesn't approve of the Flying Type what so ever...not even Gligar & Gliscor who are both Ground Types...meh... Aftermath = Gaia Badge / TM for Earthquake / $17500 Pokedollars / becomes Move Tutor for the move Fissure Special Note = Unlike other regions, you won't deal with the troublesome people for good until after you get all 8 Gym Badges of this region...you also in the process, fix the problem that the "incident" caused & so on... |
