 Mystery gift's and new game

Post Mystery gift's and new game
does gift's earned in mystery-gift disaepaer if i starts a new game?

example: I got the mew gift that was earlier this year, will i be able to get Mew if i do NewGame or do i have to get that gift again to get mew??

Gifts disappear when starting a new game, or when you start a new game depending on what game you are playing. But to start a new game on a Gen IV cartridge you have to delete everything on the old file, which means gifts like Mystery Gifts, and Wifi Gifts will be gone.

Either don't restart, or trade your pokemon to a trusted friend or another game and then trade back on your new file.

ok thx for helping :) i have been playing on my sisters game in GenIV (HeartGold).. well i did the most of it and did capture most of the legendarys for her, but she want to do it by her self again and "WE" got both Mew-wifi-gift and Engima-stone-wifi-gift.


So it would be a little sad that they are gone if she restarts :(..

BUTBUT, now i know that they will be gone so then i will tell her to not restart^^
