Charizard has made numerous "guest appearances", I read the synopsis for Ash' Battle Frontier battle, and Charizard was used.
Besides, since the Battle Frontier challenge buildings is in Kanto, maybe Pidgeot will show up too, since Viridian Forest is so close to Pallet.
Corphish and Grovyle should evolve, that would really make an add-on to Ash's team.

I'm not sure but I think MAYBE SPOILER: Grovyle does has evolved by the time we reach Mew & The Wave Guiding Hero but I'll have to check it.

I remember seeing a Mew & The Wave Guiding Hero poster with a Sceptile on it but now that I think about it, I couldn't easily tell the difference between Grovyle & Sceptile at that angle.

{grovyle} should evolve. Also, {may} should evolve her {combusken}.
brock should get his {onix} from his brother and evolve it. swellow should leave and Ash should catch a {pelipper}. May should get a {luvdisc} or a {milotic}. Max should have this as a future team:

{ralts} -evolve next season- he has one, someone said
{vigoroth} its his dad's good pokemon, so Max should have him for stuff
{snorlax} the one from destiny deoxys, he loved that big lug

I'm alittle behind in the pokemon series on TV, but I think Brock's Zubat should evolve. :S

(Yes, no need to point out that I'm alittle behind. Or if he does evolve don't tell me <_>)

{crawdaunt} for his water type
{glalie} someone said he had a snorunt
{torkoal} he needs a fire pokemon

{lapras} it should re-join Ash
{heracross} it`s one of his most powerfull pokemon...severely underused...

this is ash's mega team:

{pikachu} whether we like it or not, its incredibly strong
{charizard} this thing is a monster, probably his strongest pokemon
{totodile} it was a little demon, waiting to find its true potential
{grovyle} i like grovyle, its really fast
{kingler} or {muk} they were very strong, one of them should rejoin ash
{haunter} this was his only ghost pokemon, he should've kept it

{pidgeot} is there to stop evolving {spearow} from attacking
{heracross} was his replacement for muk, stay at the lab

James {cacnea} actually hasn't evolved into a {cacturne} even curently in the Japanes anime :P

i liked Ashes Johto team most, {cyndaquil}, {totodile} (evolve it Ash}, {bayleef} (evolve this too), Shiny {noctowl} (alright i guess) and the annoying popular mouse {pikachu}, which i would like if it evolved,
oh wait, whats the last one? {heracross}? if so, hera is alright i guess,

misty's psyduck should definitely evolve... i mean good god, how many battles did it actually win after it got pissed off... i think its due to evolve by now... then again, almost none of the starters ash gets and battles through entire generations have evolved... i think most of em should evolve at least once if he ever decides to use em again...
