o 3o; For my boyfriend's birthday, I went down to EBgames and bought him a used copy of Pokemon Pinball: Ruby and Sapphire. The problem here is that someone's obviously already played the game, so the Pokedex is half complete. I spent an entire hour trying to figure out how to restart the game to its original state, but found nothing.
My questions are,
---> If someone has the game, how do you restart (if you can) the game's data?
---> Your general experience when buying used games. Are they usually worth the great prices, or do you often come across scratched discs, bent cartridges? I seem to have the worst luck picking out used games. D:

Can't answer the 1st question as I have never played it
I usually get rip offs here in England. I get discs that are scratched and some that don't even work. Cartridges are usually n00bish and have common Ratatas or Caterpies with 2 badges and so on.

I always get rip offs too. @ _@; My copy of a used Final Fantasy 9 is so scratched and morphed, I can only get it to load if I use the forth disc and then switch it to the first, and whenever it gets to the cinematic at the performance, it freezes. And whenever it is working, the loading time inbetween battles can take up to 10 minutes. DDDD:
