With six books already out in the series, which one of the Harry Potter books is your favourite so far?

Personally, I think the fourth book, The Goblet of Fire, is the best one, closely followed by the sixth, The Half-Blood Prince. My least favourite is probably The Chamber of Secrets, then The Sorcerer's Stone, then The Order of the Phoenix.

Both the Goblet of Fire and The Half-Blood Prince are very interesting books. My favorite one would have to be the Goblet of Fire. The Triwizard Tournament was very cool and harry's meating with Voldemort was also very interesting.

Definitely Goblet of Fire. I even read that one a second time after I finished it the first time. Yeah, I loved the Triwizard Tournament. It kept things very active and interesting.

The Order of the Phoenix and The Half-Blood Prince because those books showed a lot more about my favorite character, that is Severus Snape, and they made me love him a lot more.

The Goblet of Fire was just freaking awesome because of that tournement, and it comes in third in my favorites list. Then, The Prisioner of Azkaban because I love Lupin and I love werewolves. Last, but not least, The Philosopher's Stone, followed by The Chamber of Secrets.

I'm surprised that I'm the first to root for The Prisoner of Azkaban. I really liked that book, and it was cool the way the book had little to do with Voldemort, just for a change. I liked the way Sirius turned out to be Harry's godfather and the "good-guy", while Peter Pettigrew was revealed to be the one who framed Sirius. It was tragic that Harry could not be re-united with Sirius, for Sirius had to flee.

My second-ranked Harry Potter Book would probably be The Half-Blood Prince. There isn't any particular reason why, but I just enjoyed reading it more than the other books. Perhaps the numerous relationships and stuff like that made the book more interesting :D

I liked the Order if the Phoenix the best, it was the detailed well and the plot of it was pretty unique, the only thing I didn't like about was that Sirius died ;.; Why?

Order of the Pheonix for me. Tonks is cool, and Sirius' pad (no pun intended) and the Ministry fight. Shame the was no meeting with Voldemort *everybody flinches* in the cave, (in the 6th one) though the Pensieve was cool.

I haven't read the entire series yet. I finished the third book three months ago, but have the entire series. God, I'm behind. Anyway, of the three, Azkaban so far is the way to go, but I want to wait and see what happens in the next three years.

By the way, is Harry a Full-blood? Since both of his parents were a witch and a wizard (warlock - it's the same), doesn't that make him full-blooded? It's a little confusing. They say he's half-blooded, though.

He's half-blooded because his mom was Muggle-born and his dad was pureblood. I guess it's a generation thing. If you don't come from a family that has generations of purebloods, you don't count as one yourself.

I voted for The Goblet of Fire. It simply wasn't like any of the other books. For one, the story starts off differently with the Quidditch World Cup and the whole mystery of the dark mark and the house elf found with Harry's wand. School doesn't really start until maybe a hundred or so pages into the story. Then the Triwizard Tournament was a nice touch, instead of the usual going from class to class, day to day routine used in the first three books. And I absolutely loved the ending, which I won't say to prevent from spoiling for any new HP fans. I loved the characters as well. All of them. :D

I never really liked The Sorceror's Stone or The Chamber of Secrets (although the CoS movie was awesome). The Prizoner of Azkaban I still love to this day. It's full of so many plot twists. And Sirius is the coolest character eva! -huggles Sirius- I dunno about The Order of the Phoenix. It seemed too long and drawn out...and a certain character dies. -twitch twitch- The Half-blood Prince easily made up for it though, but I got the feeling after reading the book that Rowling rushed it. And it was very predictable. Still, it's one of the best books in the series.

I'd have to say the third one is my favorite. It's kinda nice to find out that Harry still has family alive. But that ends in the fifth book....
I couldn't believe that someone died in book five!!
