Now, because I am an underage member, I received a PM about COPPA from Krisp. I gave her my e-mail address and now I have the COPPA, printed out.
I have a question first: Is COPPA only for thy USA? If that's the case then I don't have to sign the form as I am Turkish opposed to American.
Now if my parents still have to sign COPPA, I must tell I have a problem: we don't have a scanner at home, or anywhere near that I can use.
And btw there is no legal age limit for ze int4rw3bz in Turkey.

That is simply the age limit here, then. You should contact a staff member of your current problem to work things through.

If you are not a citizen/permanent resident of the United States, then no, COPPA does not apply to you.

Sorry for the bump, but I have a small question.
I've already sent back the COPPA form, but does it also apply in Canada? If it doesn't then I didn't need to send it in either.
