I'm trying to edit my signiture, but whenever I click 'edit signiture' from the profile page, I get the message "you are not authorized to edit a signiture" even though it let me 3 days ago. What's going on/how do I edit my sig now?

Regarding avatars- is it possible to have an animation as an avatar? If so, how do you upload it?

Regarding your signature, did you violate the Psypoke Signature Policy? It's located at the top of every forum. If you did, then you lost your signature privileges.

Regarding avatars, you will need to make a GIF for it to be animated.

Once you have the animated GIF you want to upload, just go to User Control Panel->Profile->Edit Avatar. From there, find the "Upload from your machine" line. Click the "Browse..." button and find the animation's file. Once selected, click "Submit". If the dimensions are within the normal limit and the file size is below the maximum amount, it should work successfully.
