 Ok, honestly I should know this by now....I was just wondering; if we want to revive an RP, do we need to PM Crunchy or Sneaky Sneasel first to ask permission?

When asking staff questions about a specific forum, any of the forum's moderator(s) or a global moderator would be fine. It would probably be best to ask either Crunchy or S_S; neither is really more qualified than the other to answer questions. However, if an RP is dead, I think it would be best to begin a new thread if you have found people who are interested in participating and reapply. I'm not familiar with the rules there, so ask either moderator for help.

Yeah, it's just I have recieved a PM asking me to revive a RolePlay that I did quite some time ago. Would I have to reapply in the RolePlay Application thread, or PM Crunchy or Sneaky Sneasel....?

If you're starting over, you should probably reapply in the application thread. If you're just reviving the old RP, I would PM one of the mods.
