No there are still PMs missing. I'm sure the number is right, but somehow messages i had regarding trades after the end of january seem to have vanished from my inbox.

There is no way to download threads? I don’t remember if you could do this before, but I find it handy at GHPF’s.
BTW, I had a message in my inbox which is gone now. Not a big deal, but it means messages still haven’t come back yet.
Later,
Rod

I'd have done an edit, but this something bumpworthy. The PM system still is showing the same problem after reporting the problem and to top it off, my PMs are just stuck in my outbox and wont send (which would suggest something fundamentally wrong at possibly even a service provider level).
I was hoping to be able to carry out the finer points of a trade in pm but it looks like I'll have to do it in the tradign thread or it'll never happen.

As for the counts being off, I'm working on it.
Ok, I'm pretty sure I fixed the issue with the PM count. If not, I've probably made things exponentially worse. Let me know.

It's actually strange. The PM system is online and messages are now going back and forth, but there's still this chunk of messages between January 14 (that's the last date i have on a PM before the dissappearance) and upto at the latest, the last day or so. But fortunately the PM system is back up and running which is a huge help.

It was never out of commission; it was working the entire time.
The issue was with a script I had made myself to forcibly empty the Sentboxes; they take up a lot of space in the database (and frankly don't NEED to). Unfortunately, phpBB3 handles PMs differently, and even though I adapted it for the update, something about the system resulted in the PMs being deleted not only from the author's sentbox but also the recipient's inbox. The PM transfer remained in the database, so it EXPECTED it to be there even though the PM itself was gone.
My apologies, but the PMs that were missing are gone for good. Hopefully the count on the top is at least back to normal. I've disabled my script, so you shouldn't ever see this happening again.

^Okay:
The gender MOD pulled a Houdini. (Not that it's super-vital, but it's just one of those things)

@##&!!
Stupid "automatic update" utility failing to run properly. I should be able to fix those things soon; got a backup on the other computer.

I like the new system. the online, offline things are very helpful. i also like the look of the posts and everything. just wondering though, is there anyway to make a code for like a playlist of music? i have the code for myspace but like you said the other set of codes are disabled. Just wondering i don't want to be a bother.

If you mean something like those players on MySpace that automatically start blaring terrible music at you the second you load the page, no I'm not allowing something like that to show up on every page of the forums.
