Hi everyone,

Just to let you know I have installed the cash mod on the forums. Everyone now has a certain amount of PsyBucks. This can be viewed in the memberlist and in profiles. It will be revealed soon how you earn PsyBucks, and what they can be used for.

Uhh nope, it'll also have nothing to do with post count. It's something we've got in the pipeline.

Yes "rep" stands for reputation. Just wondering if you get Psydollars for doing good things, just like "rep'.

Hmm we might have it that people who contribute things get a certain amount (like guides and so on) but we hadn't planned it for that to begin with.

It's not a bad idea though :)

They're already in your profile you just can't donate to yourself, so the Donate button isn't there.

Renamed the currency to the more catchier 'PsyBucks' thanks to TCM

Ok having just spoken to Eighteen, he asked if it was based on popularity or ratings.

I've now clicked that this might be what you meant when you said "rep".

What we've got planned, it has nothing to do with rating other users, or rating posts.

And I've already said POST COUNT WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON PSYBUCKS!

Note: You can't earn any Psybucks yet, unless some kind individual donates some to you :)

ya, hmmmmmmmmmm.................................I dont get it, :D I'm guessing that if you get enough money, you can be a mod. gimmie a sec, and I'll find out on my other forums that I'm an ADMIN for.

Definately not. Mods will always be chosen on an individual basis on whom we see fit enough to help others and ensure the forums stay clean and friendly.

There's not much to get at this stage, I've installed the cash mod, nothing is different from yesterday. I'll be posting an announcement later explaining how to earn PsyBucks and what they can be used for.
