should chansey be band from tournaments cos they have like 50hp at lvl 1 and dont breeded pokemon start on lvl 5 not one i aint got pokjemon pearl diamond but im not bothered just plz reply.

Chansey only has 16 HP at level 1. That's not that high.

Pokémon hatch from eggs at level 1 in Diamond/Pearl.

No, but that brings up a good point. is capable of Destiny Bond. Moves like that which can lead to a tie (e.g. explosion) will be banned. *edits first post*

EDIT: I just thought about it, but wobbuffet can't NOT have destiny bond freshly hatched (Wynaut can, but level-triggered evo keeps wobbuffet from not having DB), so wobbuffet is still ok if you don't use Destiny Bond.

You should ban One Hit KO Moves because if a Pokemon knows one and their partner has the ability "No Guard" and the Pokemon with the OHKO move is holding a Choice Scarf, you autimatically will win.

JoHn, i would never use a cheated team in a real tournament. My john is my diamond version so yeah.

There are a few questions that need cleared up and added to the first post so we'll know it's official:

I'm pretty sure you said no OHKO moves, so that should get added to the rules page.

TM/HMs and Tutored moves are all okay, so that should also get added.

Are we allowed to use any vitamins on our pokémon? Granted, it'll only raise some of their stats by 1 point and not even all the stats will get a boost, but it'll be good to know if we can or not.

Are they any items that are not allowed?

Should we PM you our teams when they're created with their stats for checking before the battle? Level 1 pokémon have very certain stats, so it would be more than easy to make sure none of them are hacked.

Will we be heading to some IRC channel for reporting what's going on?

IRC is a chatting protocol of sorts. That's what the Psypokes chatroom runs in. Just wondering if you wanted to create an IRC room during the tournament for everyone to go in to keep things organized and what not.
