EDIT: Based on the votes, an MVP award will be given, so name your prize (1 pokemon, holding 1 item) if you get it. Hopefully I'll be able to get it for you. When the tournament starts, say who you battled and which pkmn was toughest. At the end of the tournament, the player with the pkmn with the most votes wins.

I just barely had the idea for this kind of tournament. You have to have your team at Lvl. 1, meaning the key to winning this tournament is how well you can manipulate egg moves and how good you are as a breeder.

UPDATE: The tournament will start on July 23rd. The tournament brackets will be posted 2 weeks before the event or when the roster is full.

Rules:

1. 2 vs. 2 battles
2. 3 Pokemon per team
3. Any pokemon that can be bred can enter (if you hack a Lvl. 1 legendary, you'll be disqualified).
4. All pokemon and held items need to be different.
5. Any pokemon that can be evolved without leveling up can enter.

EDIT: 6. No set damage moves (Dragon Rage, Sonic Boom).
EDIT: 7. No moves that could cause a tie (selfdestruct, destiny bond, etc.).
EDIT: 8. No OHKO moves.
EDIT: 9. TM/HM moves are ok.
EDIT: 10. Vitamins can be used to raise stats.
