*Banned moves Double Team and Minimize(Because like we all know it becomes a luck game instead of a tactic one)
*Sleep Clause(Can't have more than 2 pkmn asleep or you lose )
*Self K-O Clause(Can't have more than 2 pokemon with the move Self-Destruct or Explosion)
*Doubles Clause(Each member of your team must be a different pokemon) Also no have the same pokemon but a pre-evolved form

*Pokemon that evolve into forbidden pokemon are also banned. (Ex. Using a Gible or Dragonair remember only one pkmn ok?)

You forgot to add Dragonite and Garchomp to the banned pokemon list. And also I suggest banning other non legendary-hight stats pokemon too (metagross, salamence...)

They were there at the begining of the thread, he may be rethinking his policies abit. In all honesty Dragonite isn't all That good. Garchomp has lower stats, but the way his and slamances are set up are more dangerous. Then again neither of those can survive an ice beam.

The one that actually concerned me the most was metagross, he has the defence to take an earthquake and flamethrower seems to be less common. And of course if the flamethrower doesn't kill it it is liable to explode or at least earthquake any fire type, but whatever.

Why what happened?

Im not going to be in town for about a month. Thats why i cant be in it.

Well when can you be back? Because I can't do the tourney for atleast another 3 weeks when exactly can you be back?

like july 10 or something like that.

I might be to postpone it it until july 11 is that ok with everyone? As a set date for the tournament Because I as well will not be here for 2 weeks football camp and practice and want be back til july 2

Little Opnion

-Banning Garchomp, Tyranitar, Metagross, Dragonite, and Salamence is a little rediclous (My Opnion) because most people have atleast one of them on their competitive team, besides they are not THAT good Think it would be better if you allowed one of the five to battle, and all legendaries be banned
**Even the Strongest pokemon have a Weakness**

-The all items having to be different is also kinda dumb if someone was lucky enough to get 2 shell bells and they have em on both of most damaging pokemon to ensure longer life even by a little. I think it would be best to take the item limiting/Banned section off rules

-Self Ko moves Banned? *I myself don't have one*
Im sorry but if someone uses self destruct on me when im last pokemon he has his 2 almost dead ones, and pull out his self destruct to win, that it not cheap that was a good strategy.

-Status Changes
Well i just hope that they don't got beyond the sleep, i also hope that the rule means at a time

Overall:
Some of the rules seemed made up based on fear instead of overall fairness..Well thats just my opnion hope that tournament goes well, with alot of good fights

Im not entering because my final team is still not ready, so don't take anything to heart, just a friendly opnion
