Ice is neutral to rock/ground. Welcome to Psypoke Spoiledyukio, you know you can edit your posts instead of making another whole post.

No it isn't. They're more or less the same. And personally, I'd use Lucario as a Special sweeper since it's got a better movepool there.

Wrong points aside, Lucario is not as good as Garchomp or Weavile.

I'd still vote for weavile though, he's just got the right stuff, especially if you incorporate a spiker spinner.

The amount of health that'd take away gives a sword danced Wevile enough power to knock out anything.

If garchomp was just a Bit faster he'd be a demon, but right now he's just pretty good.

Neither. No Garchomp because of the ice weaknesses and no Weavile because of the Rock weaknesses. Get a good Special sweeper like Gengar or Zam.

Gosh its harder than i thought.

Garchomp weak to ice - and Salamence
Weavile weak to rock, fighting - so are Salamence and Charizard.

But if i remember correctly Weavile is like Azelf in the sense that its a very good Sweeper with good speed and attacks. However my point is that Charizard Salamence and Weavile have many things in common, and attack and speed are some of them.

Rock types are rarely offensive so you can switch for your ludicolo and Fighting types are usually dealt with a quick Aerial ace or Fly. I'd rather have Aerial ace as if the fighting type uses sky uppercut you're in for a shock.THough i think both of the pokemon are very good i would suggest some others.
e.g.

Gengar(obviously)
Empoleon( its a good Sp. sweeper)
or you can try a more tactical pokemon like a Bug/Flying or Grass. Dont't forget GEngar Again is tactical depending on its moveset.
