 Forced to Struggle

I just read the thread again and I can't find the answer to my question.
Maybe I should explain my question:
My opponent would stuck using Struggle if I do this?:

Turn 1:
I use Taunt
Opponent fails at using supportive move

Turn 2:
I use Torment
Opponent Attacks

Turn 3:
I use Trick and I give my opponent a choice item
Opponent uses Struggle because it only has 1 offensive move

Turn 4:
I attack
Opponent Struggles again because of the Choice Band?

umm... one MAJOR problem...
before you trick the choice band onto them, you can only choose one attack.
In this case taunt.

I'm pretty sure that you can only use one DAMAGING move, not sure though.
