I was planning to have someone on my team with Stealth Rock, but I'm not sure who'd be best to use the TM on. Since you only get one TM of Stealth Rock a game, I don't want to mess it up.
So, who do you think would be the best recipient of the TM?

You asking that raises a question. Are you going to be using the Stealth rock-ee for competitive battling? If so, use it on a Forretress. It learns Spikes and Toxic Spikes too.

Well, I was going to just use it for battling with others in general, but Forretress sounds like a good idea.

BronzOMG | Leftovers
Relaxed | Levitate
~ Light Screen
~ Stealth Rock
~ Gyro Ball OR Flash Cannon
~ Earthquake OR Psychic
EVS: Enough to get to 350 Def, Enough to get to 336 OR 320 HP (336 if your HP IV is 29 or higher, 320 otherwise) and the rest in Attack OR Sp.Def depending on which attacks you choose.
Tanky Bronzong with decent damage potential. Lefties will recover 20-21 per turn, Light Screen will let you stand up to special attacks and provides some support for the rest of the team, and you can set up Stealth Rock. Makes for good times.

I would say either Blissey or Forretress. I guess Bronzong could work too as well.

Double-Edge
Any good?

Any good? What? No. why?
It's not weak to earthquake, so magnet rise isn't that great. Double edge? You still take damage that, but it Might work is they try and bring in a non gengar special sweeper.
Zap cannon has 50% accuracy and is generally not a good idea without something like machamp around.
Toxic spikes are probably one of the less effective spikes, but they can be run ok.
Do consider though, that a magnezone will horribly butcher this thing. Some ghosts will too, probably drapion too, even a nidoking really. So be careful to switch.
I'm not sure I know a good situation for this pokemon set.

Well I haven't even bred it yet so there is still time to amend this
Magnet Rise sounded cool, ya know, dodge an EQ
Again, Zap Cannon sounded cool, Power!
Toxic Spikes: Woo, toxic, awesome (although apparently fail )
And I love double edge
(PS- i was highly drunk when I wrote that moveset and haven't changed it, so I didn't look into each move or check its accuracy etc.)

I'm guessing you mean whilwind, because the Psydex says Skarmory can't learn roar...
But I think that Skarmory w/ WW and SR is a great idea, I might be using one in my team soon...
PS: how do you put the *blank* said in the quote thing?
