I was eliminating my waste this afternoon and for some wierd reason, I thought about rollout and choice band.
Think about it. Choice band's effect doesn't count because of rollout's effect. Exactly the same. For five turns anyway. In the end of rollout, you have 100 damage. Choice band boosts that. I don't know by how much but it boosts it.

Choice band boosts attacks by x1.5, taking it to 150. So can you change moves after 5 turns even with the choice band on?

I think it would be more powerful than 150, doesen't it double each figure? Which would be increased by choice band.

I'm pretty sure that if Choice Band is involved, it will work like this:
1) 45
2) 90
3) 125
4) 180
5) 225
I'm not entirely certain, but this is my best educated guess: that it will increase in power as it normally would each turn, and THEN add on CB's effect. I'm fairly certain that it isn't based on the last turns power, but what the last turn's power should have been. Another example of this would be if Fury Cutter were to hit with a critical on it's first turn. It doesn't base the next turn off of the critical, but off of what is should have been.

I never even considered fury cutter. That sounds like an even better idea! I may try that out later after I finish training my weavile.

I'm sure it would. But if you consider the accumulative damage, it just isn't as effective as using say....5 Ice Beams, X-Scissors, or Earthquakes. As is, building moves just aren't affective enough to be used competitively. Ingame, maybe.

Lol, what would the attack be if you had used Defense Curl the turn before?

Well, if you use defense curl while holding the choice band, you'll be stuck with that xD
