i need a bit of help deciding what pokemon i should use for a tank and i need some deciding on a 'party basis' for e.g.

spcl.sweeper x 2
phys.sweeper x 2
spiker x1
tank x1
*this is an example*

my personal idea would be:
speacial sweepers: porygon-z, alakazam
physical sweeper: salamence
spiker: omastar
tank: ( i need help on deciding this and how many to have)

note you don't need 2 phys and 2 spec sweepers.

A typical team would have a physical and special tank.

You should also have a hazer/phazer, and a spinner, but as those are single moves, you could just give it to 1 of your other pokes (ex Weezing with Haze, Starmie with Rapid Spin)

Black SLudge is better than lefties just incase they use trick or something. It does the same as lefties but can only be used by Poison types. Pain Split over Rest and Impish or Careful as a nature.

I would also say Flamethrower or T-bolt (or even Sludge Bomb) depend on the rest of your team.

If you fear Skarm, Flamethrower.

Gyarados, T-bolt.

Or if your team can take down those two, then SB.

I don't really use a team. I just mix and match the Pokemon I have trained.

Actually Weezing is better bold nature cause your lowering attack which
it does not need.

Plus it uses special moves like Flamethrower, so bold is mostly popular
for Weezing. 8-)

Gyarados, T-bolt.

Flamethrower also helps with Steel types...but note that Tbolt does SE Skarm.

True, you're right.

So Thunderbolt is generally better, but it really depends on your team.
