With that bieng said lets get started!!!!
Combo1:super fang+brine--super fang cuts foes health to half brine does double damadge.
Combo2:lum berry/synchronize--pretty obvious good for turning the tables maybe throw in a subsitute to prevent further status probs. Most wont work on a substitute.
Combo3:toxic spikes/substitue/endeavor-- well name says it all substitue on a switch they might choose to switch then use endeavor. toxic spikes finishes the rest of the damadge.
Combo4:Mean look/perish song-- name says it all switch on the last turn of the song.
Combo5:taunt/sucker punch--sucker punch is quite the powerful move however only useable when a foe is using an attacking move thats were taunt comes in.
Combo6:curse/payback--curse lowers speed payback does double when it goes second do the math.
Combo7:curse/trick room--perfect for sweeping make sure your the slowest pokemon out there!.
Combo8:u-turn/pursuit--not much of a combo but it really kills psychic pokemon.
Combo9:encore/u-turn--ok combo works well on pokemon requiring setup.
Combo10:toxic/block--kills tough to beat pokemon as long as you have ok defense.even kills blissey(toxic eventually does more than softboiled heals.)
Combo11:lock-on/sheer cold--only for smeargles really needs a sash and some dang good speed.only to kill defenders.
Combo12:trick/choice scarf--kills pokemon setting up, makes em continue while you replace theyre good item or force a switch. man would you hate this on a bliss or what?!
Combo13:focus sash/agility--works extremely well with the starter pokemon because of blaze and whatot.
Combo14:spore/focus punch--pretty common breloom only.
Combo15:Facade/Toxic Orb/Guts--pretty self explanatory works well with fake-out or protect. kankaskaghn swellow machamp and hariyama work well to name a few.
Combo16:custap berry/explosion--custap makes you go first when you're low good when you ohko a pokemon and are left with barely enoug hto do anything.
Combo17:sunnyday/solarbeam--i decided to put the obvious ones in there.
Combo18:thunder/rain dance
Combo19:defense curl/roll-out
Combo20:serene grace/charge beam--raises spc attk every time
Combo21:rest/chesto berry
Combo22:foresight[oear sleuth]/baton pass-- laugh at those no weakness ghost pokemon or earthquake a skarmory and laugh.
Combo23:substitute/belly drum/salac berry-- something to force a switch giving you a free substitute letting you belly drum the next turn sub again and ohko almost any pokemon in your path.
Combo24:super luck/night slash/razor claw-- critical hit your foe every time. wont matter how many defense ups they use.
Combo25:protect/detect/toxic-- kills doesnt give them a chance to attack. works well with a focus sash if you dont have good def maybe and might need like some hp evs. and such a good example is.

Leftovers
252hp/252attk/6spd
--toxic
--detect
--protect
--mach punch
Combo27:endure/reversal/salac berry-heracross/primape is all that needs to be said
Combo28:giga impact/truant--this one is pretty incredible slaking loafs around every other turn but it makes it to where you can still switch after using giga impact despite how cheap it is its pretty good. slakings overall stats are amazing and if it didnt have that effect it would be one of the most uber pokemon out htere.
Combo29:klutz/sticky barb-- you dont get the negative effects of it and combined with mach punch/toxic its a force to be reconed with.
Combo30:mean look/baton pass-- wanna kill any defensive combination? thats how my good friends.
cOMBO31:HYDRATION/RAINDANCE/REST--reall for manaphy but natural cure works over hydration but as long as you wont get ohko'ed you're in the clear.
well ill update later. ill be reviewing a book of pokemon moves an compare effects and maybe get a few more combos that arnt so obvious.

Hey dude I said some not all.
I liked his combos and he gave an effort, that's what counts.
Also he said he's getting those combos from a book so I don't think he's
getting them from a site.

Most pokémon can benefit from more speed. Better to use Choice Specs/Band, depending on wether you want to mess up a Physical or Special Attacker.
Combo22:foresight[oear sleuth]/baton pass-- laugh at those no weakness ghost pokemon or earthquake a skarmory and laugh.
Er... Foresight/Odor Sleuth do not let EQ hit a Skarmory. Mold Breaker on a Pinsir or Rampardos does, however.
Combo25:protect/detect/toxic-- kills doesnt give them a chance to attack. works well with a focus sash if you dont have good def maybe and might need like some hp evs. and such a good example is.

Protect and Detect use the same diminishing returns.
Combo27:endure/reversal/salac berry-heracross/primape is all that needs to be said
Damaging weather effects ruin this pretty well, as do any priority moves.
This is one of the comboes I hate seeing. Yes, Truant makes you skip turns, but at least with Truant you can switch out. Giga Impact locks you in, giving your opponent a free switch in, or a good revenge hit if you did manage to feint the opponent. Poor combo.

This combo is destroyed if the opponent has leftovers, as it pushes them barely above half health. and A LOT of pokes have leftovers.
Also, in reference to the original post, Ive heard from a different thread regarding a protect, detect ninjask that the combo does not work, and that after using protect or detect, the next move has the same fail rate as if you were using one of them twice in a row. i have not confirmed this but its something to look into. credit to someone else for that info. Otherwise I really like your guide.
PS. This may be a noob question, but seeing as I am somewhat of a noob, does Thunder have 100 percent accuracy with rain dance?

That is correct. Protect + Sub works, though.

You could add the Mimic/Imprison combo. Mimic a move you don't want your opponent using, and then use Imprison.

Thats a moveset i hadn't ever thought of.
Just think if you got rid of a Snorlax's Rest, it wouldn't have enough time to up his stats.
This would probably stop a lot of tanks.

while thinking further about this combo i realized that i had in fact never tried it. then i realized why: the only pokes who can learn super fang are bibarel, raticate and pachirisu. out of these pokemon, none can learn brine by tm. im not sure if this combo even exists. is it possible to bread brine onto bibarel if he cant learn it by tm? and even if it is, his stats are pathetic! he wouldnt survive after one super fang, and he wouldnt have the speed to get an attack in if u used focus band. this combo is broken. something to this effect may be able to be used in future pokemon games but not in diamond and pearl.
ps. octillery's wring out / brine is the closest thing i could find to this combo that actually exists, so i guess if u really want something like super fang brine, go with octillery
