I don't want a blissey or milotic
dusknoir seems good but i dont really want him either
so what's a good other option and possibly movesets?

You could go for a special tank/drainer with Ludicolo, I guess... here's mine:

Ludicolo @ Big Root
Calm | Rain Dish
252 Hp, 252 Sp. Def 6 Def
~Surf
~Rain Dance
~Leech Seed
~ Giga Drain

Try it, it might work for you, it might not.

Tentacruel and Torkoal are good too. Torkoal is a better Tank then Special Wall imo but Tentacruel is just as good.

ya could give bronzong or cresselia a shot, just shift their nature and EVs towards the special end.

And Snorlax would need a careful nature with 252hp and sp def
