If Fire Type : Charge Beam with both
If Normal Type : Close Combat and Thunder Punch
If flying type : Same as grass type
If Poison Type : Same as grass type
If rock type : Close Combat with Ele-vire, Crunch with Magmortar
If ground type : Close Combat with Ele-vire, Crunch with Magmortar
If Bug type : Same as if grass type
If Ghost type : Use Charge Beam with Both
If Steel Type : Same as if Rockor Ground type
If Fighting Type : Use Fire Punch with Both
If Dragon Type : Same as water since all dragons are also water
If Psychic type : Ele-vire use Fire Punch, Magmortar use Crunch
If Dark Type : Use Thunder Punch with both

Electivire and Magmortar, meet Earthquake.
Garchomp would rip through this set as if it were nothing. And Magmortar needs to be special sweeper. It may have some sweeping use, but you need different movesets.

Read up on the pokemon before you create some insane moveset. That pokedex entry has all the stats of the pokemon so you can choose what it would be best at. The pokedex entry for each pokemon has a link to a Learnset for that pokemon. Use that learnset to create moves

Energy Powder is the powder that makes it so you dont have to recharge once on a move like Hyper Beam then it goes away.

Those sets are horrible, they are in accurate and a Garchomp would take both in one hit.
