EV training: atk=twinleaf lake, super rod gyarados and seaking, 2 EVs each def=maniac tunnel, just under vielstone, fight geodudes 1 EV each sp atk=old chateau, gastly for 1 EV sp def= tentacool for 1 speed=golbat in victory road, surf, 2 EVs each HP=??? For leveling, try the resort area. E4 is ok to train, but I hate it when Im stuck in the Pokemon league and I could be trading or battling. Thats why I just VS seeker the trainers on battle island or whatever its called.
