I just recently acquired a level 5 Eevee and i am going to evolve it into an Espeon and i was wondering about how to E.V. train Espeon to max out its special atk because i believe it has a spec. atk of 394 and its speed which i believe is 350.. can someone give me advice on how to do it cause i am still confused about E.V. training and i want ESPEON to be as STRONG AS POSSIBLE... and could someone possibly help on which moveset is right for Espeon...

Well Starlys give Speed EVs and they're common in the early routes so there are your Speed EVs.

Special Attack is usually a bit harder because there aren't a lot of common Pokemon that give Sp Atk EVs. I prefer using the Vs Seeker to battle the psychics on route 214, especially the one at the top because her whole team gives off Sp Atk.

I can't help too much with a moveset because it depends on the rest of your team and what role you want Espeon to play.

You realize you put non-attacking stuff on a choice specs poke? Not good...
Special attack can be found by facing gastlys and its evolve forms in the old cheateu...

You can only give a Pokemon 10 vitamins; once it has 100 Effort Values, you CANNOT use vitamins. And even if you could give it more it would be 25, and then fight Pokemon for the last two Effort Values.

AIR HIGH 5! You got something right!

If you don't have PKRS or Macho Brace/Power items, I'd use vitamins because the rest of the EV training can take a long time to finish.

nearly right. unless something has changed since the ruby/sapphire days you can put 100 evs into each stat. eg you can put 100 in atk and spd resulting in 200 evs

It's up to 255 EVs per stat, and 510 total. 252 gives the same bonus and allows you to have an extra 6 EVs left over when you max out two stats.
