I want to make an ice team.

i would like moveset suggestions and held items plz.
I will change an ice type pokemon for an ice type if you have a better one for me to use.

I say, ditch Glalie, Flygon and and Abomasnow.

Get a 'Mence if you want a real dragon.

Use Froslass as a special sweeper with something like Hail/Blizzard/Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt.

Use Salamence as a physical sweeper with something like Dragon Claw/DDance/Fire Fang/Aerial Ace.

Use Articuno as a cleric with Heal Bell/Haze/Tailwind/Ice Beam.

These are mah suggestions.

ok, thanx. btw in battle tower,or other wise, if its there last pokemon they can't switch + their is a chance the switched pokemon will get hit by it and bam! no more pokemon.

Don't ditch Abomasnow. Why would you get rid of it when it casts constant Hail, which is a big help for an all Ice team.

And if you pay attention, he said he used Flygon to get rid of his Rock weakness, which Salamence only adds to.

Either keep Flygon, or better yet use Garchomp since it outclasses Flygon in nearly everyway except for its ability.

WARNING : Stealth rock crushes this team so Garchomp will be the best Dragon here....

so you're using 2 moves just to take out the last pokemon? And even then, if it knows Protect, Sub, or Taunt, it won't work. Not the best idea. Just use the cleric set.

Are you sure? My friend's Glaceon used Hail and it took 3 turns before Blizzard connected. That doesn't sound like 100% to me.

Get a Lapras and use it as a Hazer/Special Sweeper/Physical Sponge. I don't think any Ice team is complete without Lapras.

Totally. I read that Hail makes Blizzard 100% accurate on Psypokes, and I told him that, but his experience says different than research does.

It's theoreticly (i can fail too) possible that it failed 3 times in a row. But, is it at all possible you where fighting Raquazza or Golduck? they have abilitys that screw with wether strats...

First of all, Raquazza is not allowed in most battles because, unlike cuno, he most definately is an uber. and when was the last time you saw a golduck in competetive battles? it flat out sucks. abomasnow would just wood hammer it and .. wait, why am i talking about this! NOBODY USES GOLDUCK! sorry.

plz, help me with my team. and take your conflict somewhere else. if you want to battle me and let me use blizzard to test the 100% thing then let me know.

what do you mean sponge? can you make that better to understand?

Lapras can take a lot of physical attacks before fainting (unless it's fighting or rock) because of it's high defense and HP. Add leftovers, and it can regain most of the HP it loses after a physical hit. It's called a sponge because it absorbs a lot of damage

I'm gonna try the Hail Blizz thing myself. I'll get back to you on it because I don't believe it will work.
