So, if I'm up against a powerful sweeper,I take the hit, survive with Sash, they hit them hard with MC or Cou.
Is this viable in OU, and what should the missing spots be? I'm thinking EQ/IBeam/Waterfall/SR for the other attack slots.

Um, why do you think that he put it as an item? I'd use Avalanche and Waterfall for the last two slots, and put Evs into both defences, with a little attack, so 252 Sp Def, 128 Def, and 128 Atk. I'm not an expert at OU, though, so there are probably better options.

Ignore Ghetto, he has no idea what he is talking about.
I actually use this set quite a lot on shoddy battle, and it works fairly well. Focus sash is kinda unnecessary, unless you're afraid of grass...
Waterfall and Stealth Rock, because they will likely send out a tank, so you can SR up before you get KO'd.
If you want an ice attack, consider avalanche.

1. Focus Sash does not take a turn to use. It's automatic, unlike Endure. Also, watch this:
Swampert used Endure!
(sweeper) used (attack)!
[Swampert is almost dead.]
(sweeper) used (attack)!
[Swampert is KOed]
Therefor, Endure is not for this combo.
2. Any decent battler with experience and knowledge of the metagame can predict what type a Pokemon will use. Sweepers are predictable. For example, only a noob would put a physical attack on a Porygon-Z.
3. You're not really in the greatest place to be commented on other's movesets. I've lurked your threads.

Don't use the Sash. Swampert probably will not get OHKO'd unless it is a grass attack. In which case you should gtfo of there.
You could give him Protect to scout out moves.

I don't really use a team. I just mix and match the Pokemon I have trained.

That's a solid plan. But you still have one move to fill...
I'd go for SR, cuz EQ is expected, and they'll prolly switch to a flying or levitating poke.
