(if 1 pkmn can even learn all of them) like, toxic spikes, spikes, and the rock one all at once? that would be awesome

yeah you take away at least 32.5% Hp and get toxic poison (although its not always due to types, abilities etc.). Bear in mind it will take you 6 turns minimum to do this, so you will a very good defensive pokemon. IMO i'd ditch toxic spikes as you can poison them with toxic anyway and reduces the minimum turns to 4

To be totally honest I wouldn't bother as it takes ages unless u got a magic luck potion or you are harry potter or something. But so i don't spoil the fun it goes: male cloyster with spikes+toxic spikes => Female Omanyte/Omastar. Then TM 76 stealth rock and you have your anti-switching machine. The last move is up to you but i would go with surf, safe choice

You can lay up to six layers of spikes/rocks.
-You can have no more then 3 layers of normal Spikes.
-You can have no more then 2 layers of Toxic Spikes.
-You can only have one layer of Stealth Rock.
Smeargle also learns all three moves, but you already knew that

Yes, but we want a Poke'mon that can defend long enough to set 'em up. If Smeargle gets breathed on, he dies...

you could have a Smeargle W/ 3 spikes and spore. then set it up while he sleeps.

no it'll have to have endure or sth of that nature to live a turn and activate salac and hopefully outspeed ur opponent to spore them _breathes_
besides having all 3 on one poke is impractical... mayb spikes/stealth rock bc u wouldnt sum pokes (heracross) a free guts boost

it don't mean you have to OPEN with Smeargle, just pass him speed and a subby.

You could be in the middle of setting up the Spikes with Forretress when you get blasted with Flamethrower. You will burn in cinders.
