I've heard of it alot, and it's used it Double Battles, and I've heard that it's really hard to get past, but I just don't understand. Yes, Blissey has rediculous amounts of HP and Special Defense, and Skarmory has 140 Defense, plus great resistances, but then how does it work? I mean, if they're both on the field at once, couldn't you just use a Physical attack on Blissey, and a Fire or Electric attack on Skarmory to take them down? It doesn't make sense to me, because the only way I can see it working is as if only Special attacks can hit Blissey, and only Physical attacks can hit Skarmory, which doesn't make any sense to me.

Who told you it was a double battle combo? I've never heard that...
Basically, in singles, if they have a special sweeper out you switch to Blissey, if they have a physical sweeper out you switch to Skarmory. Mostly used with Spikes/SR out, and it can decimate unprepared teams.
The easiest counter is a mixed sweeper, like an Infernape with Close Combat and Flamethrower.

Actually I gave my Skarmory Shed Shell and when they switch in magnezone I switch to E-vire to absorb the thunder attack and then sweep their team. Its very evil

that's also a pretty smart thing to do. Brains Win Battles. Not Power. That's why Ubers are banned!

or Dugtrio to Blissey. Except for CMBliss, Dugtrio against Blissey is almost a guaranteed kill, unless you don't have a high enough HP IV to survive 2 Seismic Tosses.

Garchomp will OHKO a Magnezone with EQ, before he can use Magnet Lift [or whatever it's called].

How about a Dusknoir with Brick Break [pretty sure he can learn it] and a combo of WoW and Fire/Thunder Punch? It'd take a while with Skarmory's 140 Defense, but that would work out fine, right? Or do either of them have a good Dark or Ghost move?

it'll take awhile and skarms usually, if not always, have roar/whirlwind so u gotta take it down in one turn. a fire/thunderpunch from a dusknoir wont do the job
i agree that a mixed sweeper is the quickest and therefore the easiest way to take down skarmbliss. other than an infernape, an electivire w/ t-bolt and cross chop works just as good. t-bolt is to pick on skarm's horrid spDef and cross chop, if CH, can 1hko bliss

A Mixed sweeper is the BEST way to do it. ANYTHING that can mix-sweep and nuetrally hit both will work fine. I just gave an example.
Another example is an Electivire with Thunderbolt over Thunderpunch, to hit Skarm and other physical walls.
