OK I know sandstorm increases sp d of rock, grounds, and steelies
but what does hail do? anything special? (make blizzard 100%)
i am aware of what rain dance and sunny day do too so dont think ur clever

I really dont think it does anything except make blizzard 100% accurate and damage all but ice types. it doesnt increase any stats (like sandstorm for rock types) to my knowledge.

besides changing castform and activating certain abilities, those are hail's only functions

There's still some other effects:
Cuts the power of solarbeam by half, makes synthesis/moonlight/morning sun heal 1/4 of the HP instead of 1/2. Also activates the abilities snow cloak, ice body and forecast.

lol i dont think we're taking this forum in the direction it was originally intended. but that's because there's really not much to say. no, there is nothing "unseen" about hail besides the blizzard effect. everything else is quite visible and you already know
