Lol, nine posts ago!

And why don't you test the Choice thing out? Battle someone and use a Bidoof with a Choice Specs attached. The opponent should use Torment and then you'll find your answer.

I believe it would make your opponent struggle.Or it would do this:

KOL40 used Torment!
TheKid used Psycho Cut!
KOL40 used Recover!
TheKid used Struggle!

Then it would repeat this sequence till someone faints.

Yeah, that's probably what would happen. Or Torment would just fail, but that's unlikely.

I thought you were about to say that this would never happen but you never know, gotta test it to find out.

That'd be an awesome way to kill Choicers. I hope it does make them struggle.

No, I'm pretty sure it lasts until you switch out.

I doubt it makes them struggle, and if it did who would stay in.

Only an idiot wouldn't switch.

it makes them struggle every second turn. ive seen this happen on netbattle a few times. it also works well with encore. encore+torment = struggle every second turn.

also, taunt+torment = struggle every second turn if you use it on a pokemon with only one attacking move (like standard suicune).

have fun!!

I've tried this before but sadly, all it does is make the foe use struggle one turn and then the next turn it uses a move and then the one after it struggles again.

It's not necessarily useless. It in a sense does stop choice Pokemon. They're much less effective.

You will have to use up 1 precious turn along with 1 precious move which you could have replaced with something much better. I don't think it's worth it.

It works the way TheKid said.

I gave Mr.Mime Choice Scarf and use Trick then Torment.

Skarmory and other stallers become useless... You keep their item and they keep the Scarf until the end of the battle.

Don't the items go back when you switch?

no, not from Trick. They don't go back until after the battle ends.
