Uh...dude, you put a Heat Rock on a Roserade and asked what move to put on last...............hello....Sunny Day.........

And for the Gardevoir, I suggest Psychic for STAB.

Ok, that makes more sense. And I think Gardevoir and Gengar shouldn't be on the same team at all, since they are both so similar. Just make Gengar a normal sweeper.

If Rrade uses Sunny Day and your opponent switches to a poke w/ a Fire attk, then Rrade goes down. That's probabbly the only major flaw in the moveset.

Yeah, but with Sunny Day Gardevoir is sure to be K.O. by Infernape's Flare Blitz/Flamethrower. Not so sure about Blaziken power and speed, but I know that Infernape is faster than Gardevoir, so it's an easy 2HKO.

if you're gonna use a sunny day person like roserade..you should have another fire pokemon use sunny day holding a heat rock...roserade cant survive two attacks while tryin to do sunny day...especially when a fire type comes into play...you'll be dead..and also you might not wanna give it give it synthesis...roserade isnt really the tankish-type..in two hits fro a normal attack and it can be gone...it's best to make it a one-two hit ko pokemon...and gardevaur doesnt support roserade that much..other than doing hypnosis on your oppenents...and psychic is better than dream eater, because someone can just switch out on a sleeping pokemon and dream eater would be useless, then you gotta put that one to sleep too...as for the fourth move, you should teach it shadow ball/focus blast takes care of your weaknesses except for bug...

Of course, if the opponent switches out to a Fire, you could have your own Fire with Flash Fire ready...
and obviously, this Roserade will be on an SD team, right (obvious)? Than you just need your own 'nape ready (or someone else) to take the hit (Ninetales with Nasty Plot+Hypnosis+Flash Fire+Flamethrower?)
For Gardevoir, Psychic is probably your best choice.

There are two types of people in this world. Those with good attention spans and those with... hey! A cookie!
