Would this set work?
@Focus Sash
Adamant/Jolly
252 ATK 252 SPD 6 HP
Stone Edge
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Firstly use Swords Dance, then if the opponent fires an attack at you the focus sash ensures survivability. Then after you use one of the above moves mentioned to OKHO the opponent.
A basic powerhouse. Jolly to outspeed other pokes with a little over 102 base speed which aren't running a +spd nature. Adamant to give a attack boost.

Kind of a standard set. But you don't need the sash. Garchomp has the defenses to set up on anything not ice.

My build is almost the same...except I teach Fire Fang/Rockslide instead of Stone Edge give a Yache Berry cos Pokemon who use Focus Sashes are afraid of Spikes and Stealth Rocks as these make the Sash useless(This howver is not the case if Garchomp's the opener)...and that is 2 common in many battles...I think a maxed Speed of 333 will allow Garchomp to Sweep pretty much but I can assure you there'll be people posting about faster Pokemon that will take Garchomp out and therefore a Choice Scarf Garchomp is better...I don't really agree with it however, cos a Swords Dancing Garchomp beats hell outta Pokemon slower than it while a Choice Scarf Garchomp simply gets owned as soon as soon as it meets someone resistant towards its attack at that time.

In the Wifi Battle Tower, I think there was a Garchomp with a Choice Scarf and a Jolly Nature. Now I was thinking would a Jolly, C-Scarf Chomp work, coz when I encountered this monster, this particulaur Chomp, I was mashed to bits.
So would a Chomp like the one above work? Because it would be fast, just put some strong high base power moves on there.

It could work well. Actually, I think it would work even better in BT, because the opponents are AI controlled But, as Sapphirath pointed out, you can't do as much damage. It depends on the rest of your team as to which is better.

Ups of Sash-Chomp:
Will be dealing more damage.
Gets a lot of type coverage without switching.
Isn't hit by Sandstorm, so Tar/Hippo can't nullify the Sash. Abomasnow is the other poke that deals damage with weather, but Yeti here is UU (sadly for me) and therefore won't see much play as a counter.
Downs of Sash:
Weavile still owns it.
DDMence will kill it.
Always-go-first moves like Ice Shard and Bullet will kill you.
Scarfers will kill it (Gon-Z, Scarfchomps, Other random scarfers like ScarfVire who may appear)
Ups of Scarf:
Is usually a surprise.
Can use Outrage, with its 120 power, more efficiently (since Outrage is used consecutively anyway, without Choice)
Scarfchomp gets 4 moves to work with.
Something else I can't remember.
Downs:
Usual Choice downsides, such as no protection against status conditions, stuck using one move, being force to switch a lot, etc.)
With all that switching, Spikers will hurt you more. Trust me, I run Scarfchomp, Spiker Skarm is NOT nice to run into.
I'd say use whichever fits in best, and whichever counters your weakness a bit more.

How about you Baton Pass some spd+atk+a subby to a Scarf Chomp and let the Scarf Chomp attack from behind the subby, this would allow to survive hard hits maybe once or twice and it would give a kick to its attacks.

I've said before, Chomp has the defenses to set up on anything not ice. Focus sash is useless. Go with the yache berry instead. It helps you survive ice beams even when already damaged. Can the focus sash do that?

I'll add something else also, if you baton pass a subby+atk+spd, a Scarf Chomp would be very, very fast and strong.

That goes for anything though. If you can pass 6 speed boosts, 3 Swords Dances and a subby you have won. I remember doing it once and took out an entire team with my Breloom.
The problem with passing is it's so easy to counter with decent prediction - see a Ninjask or Jolteon and out comes Mr. PHazer. I agree with KOL40 though, a Yache Berry will defend much better than focus sash, especially as an opener since Weavile is so common - resist that CBed Ice Shard and Stone Edge (or Brick Break which is more accurate and 4x SE) takes care of it. Then you can stat up with Swords Dance and attack later on.
On a jolly ScarfChomp, you're still vulnerable to that Ice Shard which (from a max attack CB Weavile) will do plenty of damage - up to 270HP on a max defence GChomp, which is well over half. And OHKO if it crits.

I Run a late game Jolly Banded Outrage Chomp that seems to work very well with jolly you get speed and with a banded outrage, chomp hits everything hard except Steels.

And when you can't KO Skarmory, it Whirlwinds you away and all the stat's you BP'd are gone and you're strategy is out in the open.

Yes, I did take that into account. However it tends to be the passer itself that is PHazed, not what's passed to - from my experience of when I used PassJask.
Thanks for reminding me of Skarm though - it might be worth putting Fire Blast or Fire Fang on the Garchomp as a counter, especially if you plan on passing and don't necessarily need Swords Dance.

Hmm, on the Scarf Chomp yes, but on the Focus Sash Chomp no. Focus Sash will help Chomp survive once after the subby, that will allow it toget another atk in.
For example, Weavile use Ice Shard to break Subby and then Focus Sash Chomp prepares to atk the Weavile. Of course then Weavile uses Ice Shard but Chomp survives and bye-bye Weavile*waves*.
Also stone edge inflicts some dmg to Skarm.

Garchomp does not need a focus sash to survive a weavile's Ice Shard (even if the weavile is adamant). It is OHKOd only if the weavile is holding choice band.
EDIT: Or life orb

Yes and those types of Weavile's are common also what about Expert Belt
EDIT:-I saw this in the WiFi Battle Tower....it creamed my whole team...I was unprepared..
{garchomp} @ ?
EV spread?
Nature?
Stone Edge
EQ
???
???
I'll try and find out the ?s, but when I used Dragon Claw on the Chomp(Aerodactyl, bad choice I know), it survived and still inflicted mass damage, then I brought my Weavile and it died quickly .
Anyway this Garchomp is evil, I know the item is not Life Orb because his HP did not drain, though the second time I countered him
