Dunsparce question......I've been looking around at alot of the forums and I see alot of Dunsparces like
Dunsparce
Adamant ~ (Atk, Hp, Def)
But my question is, wouldnt it be essiential to max out EVs in Speed???
I.e. you really cant make your opponent flinch with headbutt or rockslide if you attack second.....? Anyway I guess Im asking wouldnt you wanna max out Speed instead of Attack....?

Thats a good point but they max out HP Attack and Defense because Dunsparce can learn Thunder Wave and Body Slam, both which can paralyze.
With Dunsparce's Serene Grace Body Slam Paralyzes at a 60% chance, and 100% chance with Thunder wave, but Body Slam Damages. Another good "Strategy" is to have Ancient Power for a 20% chance at upping all your stats.

See the Dunsparce im putting together looks a little like this......
Dunsparce @ Kingsrock
~ Thunderwave
~ Headbutt
~ Rock Slide
~ Roost
1st turn, Thunderwave for a 25% chance of paralasis, 2nd turn, Headbutt or Rockslide for a +60% chance of flinch, Im just thinking I should probbably run something like
252 Speed, 129 Hp, 129 Def......Attack really doesnt matter if your opponent is flinching and paralized every turn anyway? Just have to look out for the switch out.....

Thunder Wave has more than a 25% chance of paralyzing like said.
The point of no having speed EVs is simple. Dunsparce would not be able to outspeed many Pokemon even with full EVs in speed. So, if you max out the defenses, you can survive an attack and paralyze the opponent. Then you will be faster than the opponent and you will have a high chance of flinching and they have to worry about paralysis.
Right?

Ahhh I forgot about the fact that paralisis cuts your opponents speed.....so that being said, I should probably go with
Adamant
252 Hp, 129 atk and 129 def?

I guess you could go with that. Or you could go with 252 Atk and 129 Def and 129 Sp. Def. But it will last long and take more hits with yours.

144 HP, 252 Atk, 36 Def, 76 SpD gives you slightly more staying power than having 6 in one defence. But, it still doesn't use roost that well - it relies on the flinch to stop it getting hurt and roost leaves it open.
Bite or Earthquake are better to stop ghosts and psychics with synchronize that paralyse you back and rock/steel-types.

Or you could just use flinchkiss...
I assume your going to by using him in a under-used tourney; if you aren't...Don't use him.
Anyway, don't even try to bring up his speed, there's nothing you can do about it to make it have any use; rely on the prlz. Roost=no, when he gets his at the T-wave stage then you need to start flinching the opponent immediately, healing half your hp won't do anything really because he'll take more than that away when he attacks 8 times out of 10. The EV spread simon777 gave is good and will probably work best.
P.S. lol
