I've been thinkin of this crazy idea for pokemon with first priority moves...lol eits pretty stupid, but mainly used for late game sweeping on weak and injured pokemon...
Lucario@ Choice Band/ Life orb
Brave 252 Attack 252 Special Attack
Bullet Punch
Extreme Speed
Vacumm Wave
Close Combat/ Sword Dance
OR
Hitmontop@ Life orb
252 Attack 252 HP
Adamant
Fake Out
Mach Punch
Bullet Punch/ Bulk up
Close Combat
OR
infernape@ Life Orb
Adamant 252 attack 252 Speed
Fake Out
Mach Punch
Flare Blitz
Close Combat/ Sword dance
Does this strategy sound pretty good? and if so which one sounds the best at it or if there are any other pokemon better that can do this, and what would be a good moveset for then lol...

I toyed with the idea of a Swords Dance Priority Lucario once:
Lucario@Focus Sash
Adamant Nature
252 Atk 252HP
Swords Dance
Bullet Punch
Extremespeed
Mach Punch (I think it gets that)
Because it doesn't fear Sandstorm, it'd be quite viable to use providing SRock and Spikes have been Spun out the way. As you said, good for late game sweeping.
Fake Out + Mach Punch + Life Orb on 'fernape sounds like a brilliant tactic though. Nicely thought out, though it won't be killing more than one poke if you focus on just that strategy alone.

I've seen an awfully similar Hitmontop in the Wifi Battle Tower, and it does work on taking out one Pokemon, mainly because I wasn't expecting Bullet Punch, but whatever. That Infernape too... very similar, except it had U-Turn in its moveset somewhere, maybe it was over Flare Blitz.
Lucario doesn't get Mach Punch sadly, but Close Combat can be used as a safety precaution if your opponent has something with plenty of health left.

Should work well if you have a Spiker, Stealth rocker and Roarer/Whirlwinder in your Team. Just weaken them through these methods and you should have a high chance of 1HKOing most Pokemon. (To up your Chances use Swords dance.)
