Some people raise pokemon because they like them, stats aren't everything. I'd personally choose hitmonlee.

Hitmonlee has great stat placement.
Hitmonchan has the type coverage, and that new move that gives +20% for punches
Hitmontop gets Technition, and all the moves that work well with it, Fake Out, Mach Punch, Triple Kick

Im more fond of Hitmonchan myself. Before, un-eved his Ele-Punches only managed to contend with a non-stab attack if he got a *2 Weakness, even then weaker without stab. Now, those Punches do something useful now their off of Chans Respectable Attack Stat. Hitmonlee is the more conventional choice because his stats are in the right places. If you use Hitmontop well you get extra points for awesomeness.

He can kill off many things with his good type coverage.....
Even with a max attack of 339 ...

He's awesome w/ agility. The challenge is getting an adamant one without effing up his IVs >.< (use IV resetting berries, Qualot I think)

Here's my Hitmonchan

Adamant @ Muscle band. Iron fist
252 ATK 200 HP 56 DEF
-Thunder Punch (Though might get EQ here)
-Ice Punch
-Agility
-Close Combat

This gives him enough def,s.def and HP to survive a hit and get agility up, then it's sweeping time



Machamp scares me.... esp the female ones >.>
