Which one would be the best wall?
Each one would have a
Recovery move
Status inflicting move
STAB move
Other move

Evs will be applied so that HP is Maxed out, and Both Defensive stats are equal

Here are some of my ideas
Umbreon {umbreon}
Wish
Toxic
Payback/Faint Attack
Flail/Dig

Regigigas {regigigas}
Drain Punch
Thunder wave/punch
Dizzy Punch
Rock Slide

Slaking {slaking}
Slack-off
Toxic
Giga impact/ Slash/ Crush Claw
Shadow Claw

Snorlax {snorlax}
Swallow
Toxic
Return/Rock climb
Stock pile

{umbreon}
Ev's 252 HP/56 Special Defense/200 Attack (maybe divide up the defense and special defense to 128 a piece if you would rather have more defense)
Held item Leftovers
Moves-Curse
Toxic
Payback
Wish

Pretty simple, just Curse up to give it good Defense to go along with its Special Defense and power up Payback (plus using Curse pretty much makes it where Payback will always have 100 Base Power, unless your opponent sets up or something). Toxic is there to wane the non Steel type Pokemon which will wall this thing like there is no tomorrow. Wish is there as a reliable recovery move that is unaffected by any of the weather conditions. Again this Umbreon will be walled to death by Skarmory or any other Steel type walls. Also be wary of Fighting type Pokemon as well for they are resistant to his one attacking move, and they can hit him quite hard with their STAB super effective attacks such as Mach Punch/Close Combat/Brick Break. Also be wary of some Bug Pokemon too for they can hit Umbreon for STAB some super effective attacks as well like Bug Buzz/Bug Bite/Signal Beam.

My favorite wall has been my good o' stockpile-lax

Careful
Thick fat @ chesto
252HP 156DEF 8ATK 92S.DEF
-Toxic
-Crunch
-Stockpile
-Rest

Bring him in on something he can grab a stockpile or 2 on, rest+chesto to heal, then toxi-stall and crunch away the opponent's HP, Steels can give him a bit of problem but crunch's def. drops and PPstalling can win out if it comes down to it.

I was think that having leftover and swallow would work better
because I could Use stock pile till its maxed out, then when I'm really low on health I can swallow it

But then you lose the defensive boosts from stockpile, which you'll have to take turns to stockpile back up again while taking full damage. Also rest removes status like para and toxic.
