Yes, change Thunderbolt to Thunderpunch cause it's a physical attack. And Electivire is a physical Pokemon, so give it physical moves. Also I'd recommend giving Electivire a Shuca Berry, just in case you get hit by Earthquake or something like that

Give us the EV spread and nature.

Also Electivire's base Special Attack is 95 so giving Thunderbolt to him isn't wasted all that much.

Yea, if it were Jolly natured, I'd say Expert Belt over life orb, but shuca berry is probly your best bet in this case. ThunderPunch is also quite better than thunderbolt, even with 95 base spec. Your nature is adamant, and therefore specatk is lowered. I understand you might want it to counter physical walls, but by doing so, you're sacrificing a large bit of power. Still, it is your choice.

That is the standard Mixed Sweeper set for Electivire. It threatens physical walls as well as dealing substantial physical hits. You can do enough damage to a physical wall that switches in to allow another physical sweeper to sweep.
However, if you want more of a physical sweeper Electivire, try the following set:
Electivire @ Expert Belt / Life Orb
Adamant 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP
~ Thunderpunch
~ Cross Chop
~ Ice Punch
~ Earthquake / Fire Punch.
However a physical wall without a type weakness will easily wall you.
Note: Electivire is best used as a switch in after an Electric lure, such as Gyarados, to power up Motor Drive.
