What's a good EV spread for a Crobat with a Rash nature and Good Perseverance? Moveset suggestions would be appreciated, too, but I can manage with just the EV's. I'm thinking Special Sweeper (maybe) for my team.
EDIT: Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, too. Still don't quite know where everything goes.

Well the standard for a special sweeper is 252 special attack/252 speed. I would suggest going for either a timid or modest nature Crobat if you are wanting it to sweep. Timid grants a 10% boost to its speed, while Modest grants a 10% boost to special attack, while both cut 10% from the attack stat (if you want a special sweeper). Also if you could please list the IV's of your little bat.

I don't know how to find the IV's. Thanks for your help, though. I've already started training it against Golbats (ironic, huh?).

HELL being the japanese name for Celebii Honestly I wonder why that site name is censored here, maybe they can change smogon to "serious business" :p
You can also use the psypoke calc which I find easier to use http://www.psypokes.com/dex/iv.php

Alright, I think the IV's are HP-8, Attack-3, Defense-29, Special Attack-26, Special Defense-15, Speed-18. I may have mixed up an EV or two here or there...

For competitive battling I would suggest getting another Crobat one with much better IV in speed, probably around the 25-31 range. But if its just for friends that is ok.

Your welcome, and I am sorry that the IV's are that way, but that is the way the cookie crumbles.

I say you should train it still. the crobat is shiny and it has a good base speed, so it would be fine for battling with friends, and it has a high sp. Attack, and you don't need to have maxed ivs in speed to hit first, after all, it's a crobat... crobat is fast, it will be fine

The whole point of wifi competitive battling is to win.
and to have fun
Still most normal competitive battlers get really high IVs for their Pokemon in the desired stats, a Crobat that has 30 IV value in speed will always out speed the Crobat that has a 18 IV speed value, again I reiterate if its for friends only go ahead and train it, if it is for competitive battles here or anywhere else go for a better IV.

Just so this doesn't spark a fight between anyone over how to make a good Crobat, I'm really not much of a competitive battler. I've had one Wi-Fi battle, and that can be described as casual at best. Thanks to everyone for the guidance, but it's pretty much for friends.

Oops, my question was answered long ago and I forgot to have this locked. I answered samboki's question, too, so there's no need to keep this open if one of the mods wants to take care of this. Thanks a lot!
