I need help...

First these are my pokemon I wanna raise:

The moveset wished for each:Skarmory: whirlwind, rock spike, (is it good to have spike to?), and an offence move, don't know wich one
Larvitar: Earthquake,rock slide, crunch, ???
Heracrosse: Brick break, megahorn, stat changer if he is having any??? Night slash???
totodile: DONT KNOW HELP ME???
cyndaquil: Flame thrower, eruption, extracensory, thunder punch(not sure of the whole moveset)
chikorita: 2 ideas:synthetis,solar beam, sunny day, bodyslam(or else as a fourth move)
:energy ball, reflect, aromatherapy, earthquake

Now I need more help: How should I make their moveset better, are this a decent team, what would you change...
How should I EV train them? I want like how ev's on which stat and where do you suggest me to ev train every one...
Also how is working the experiment share with the evs cause im not so sure?
