The only way a hacked Pokemon can appear in a battle video is if you have stats legal and you must have the secret id plugged into the Pokemon.

Could you at least put a limit for, say, no more than 2 hacked IVs at 31 and the rest must be below 25 or something like that?

Obviously the easiest way to deal with the byes is make out brackets a hurr durr. Pull names out of a hat to pair up the opponents fill them in the brackets, if there is going to be a bye then there is a bye for a lucky person.

As of current we have 8 people, so no byes. if one is needed it will be Evilpenguin first, as he won the last tourney so it seems most appropriate. Any after will be chosen by random draw.

If I wind up not getting a first round bye, can I at least choose my first round opponent? If so I choose R_R because roflR_R

Anyway all I look forward to and want is a rematch against EP for that 3-0 that he handed my butt last time.
