Is hidden power affected by wheather? Like rain boosting water HP and weakening Fire HP and Sunny day Viseversa.
I pose the question because I have a Kyorge with HP Fire, because hidden power is viewed by antisipation as a normal type move I though there may be an execption and because its only HP fire and HP water I'm not sure if It was noticed before.

To the extent of my knowledge Hidden Power type is affected by weather. So that would mean Hidden Power [Water] would get a boost from rain being on the field.

Hidden Power is controlled by IV's. It's completely random what your IV's are(in most cases), thus it is random what type your hidden power is. That's what i know. Not 100% sure, but I know it's not weather.

It's an interesting question, but the type is only listed as Normal because the type varies. Why would you use HP Fire on Kyogre anyways? Ice Beam will hit many of the same targets for SE damage with greater base power.

I say because Hidden Power is originally a Normal attack until used that it doesn't get the boost from select weather conditions on the battlefield...
