The level at which YOU fail is nearly indescribable. But I think "Epically" will work for the time being.

Was there ANY point at all in that post MK?

Blaziken@Salac
Jolly 252Atk 252Spd
-Endure
-Reversal
-Blaze Kick
-T-Punch

Fails to Sandstorm, Priorty moves, ect. You get *1.5 Spd, *2.25 Reversal@Max, *2.25 blaze Kick

If this was to be one of those 'Poke Discussions' then sorry to got Super-Smacked.

That set works wonders on a Sunny Day team, though. Getting powered up from Blaze + Sunny Day means Blaze Kick does impressive damage. Thunder Punch is there for Gyarados I guess, but Stone Edge can take can take down Salamence too (if Reversal or Blaze Kick doesn't OHKO... too lazy to run through some numbers).

Tyranitar wouldn't dare come in to rid the sun, only to be met by wtfBBQ Reversal, and a Blaziken/TTar sacrifice sounds somewhat lopsided =l Again too lazy to run some numbers, so I'm not sure how Hippowdon fare when switching in.

If I were to train a Blaziken, I would run a Scarf set, since it already has better attacking stats than its superior, Infernape:

Blaziken@choice scarf
blaze
adamant 6hp/252atk/252spd
sky uppercut/brick break
flare blitz/blaze kick
stone edge
brave bird/thunderpunch

Many useful moves here, but go for the ones on the left if you can.

you can run an ALL- OUT sweeper set for him

Blaziken@ Focus Stash/ Life Orb
Naughty
252 Attack 200 Specia Attack 56 Speed
Fire Blast/Flamethrower/ Over Heat
Sky Uppercut
EQ/ Rock Slide/Stone Edge
Agility/ Sword Dance

This is an early Game Sweeping set....most ppl like to start off with stealth rockers and spikers or early sweepers as well...so this set allows to set up as well...and not many walls can stop this...

Blaziken can also run a reasonably useable special set:

{blaziken} @ Wise Glasses/Choice Specs/Choice Scarf
Timid - 252 SpAttack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Blaze
- Flamethrower
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- HYPAR BEEMZ

Yeah, I had a marvellous set that had Flamethrower, FB, HP Ice, and Energy Ball. Unfortunately, Blazey doesn't actually get Energy Ball. So yeah, I had a brain fart :3. Basically for this one, use the first three moves on most everything, and HYPAR BEEMZ on the stuff that resists Fire, Fighting, and Ice (which would be Tentacruel, Starmie, Slowbro, Slowking, Qwilfish, and Thick Fat Grumpig)

Yeah, this one kinda fails. Oh well :S

Blaziken doesn't get Energy Ball X_x

Blaziken barely has enough moves for a specs set. I think its only other option would be Overheat (suicudal) or Fire Blast (for more power). Can't think of anything else though, especially since it already has Hidden Power Ice.

lol actually the choice specs one doesnt sound that bad...alot similar to Specsmence

Blaziken@Choice Specs/scarf
252 Special Attack 252 Speed 6 Speed
Overheat
Flamethrower
Focus Blast
Hidden Power ICE/grass

unfortunately he's not as fast as salamence, but has the same special attack, but the better thing is that if he survives an attack with a few HP left, Blaze would boost overheat's power and not many would be able to survive that, but that is just IF you survive so not very relaible lol, still salamence does this set much better though

This is the best one:

@(speed berry)
X HP/252SPD/remainder ATK

Substitute
Overheat
Fire Punch/EQ
Reversal

X for the HP is the # of EV's it takes for your hp to NOT be divisible by 4. After that, switch in on a tank, or somthing you think will be a small threat that you can outspeed. The substitute 4 times. You will have 1 hp. Which hyper-powers reversal. And hopefully, you still have a sub, so priority moves are no threat. Watch out for the weather; otherwise PWN.

Does it not get Endure? And it's hardly the best set if it's screwed over by the ability that is held by two used OU Pokes, TTar and Hippowdon.

I would go for the Endure + Salac Berry + Reversal Berry combo, along with a Blaze Kick and Earthquake. Works real nice if the opponent doesn't have a Tyranitar or a Hippowdon.

unfortunately there is no other way....but there is this though....the only thing you will be needing thunderpunch for is gyrados really... because all the other water pokemon will take more damage for your fighting moves anyways...so to replace thunderpunch you can put stone edge on there...and stone edge provides coverage against salamence, dragonite, gyrados, and other flying types as well..

I want to make my Blaziken a physical sweeper. For the fire type attack, should I use blaze kick or flare blitz?

i say flareblitz....he cannot afford to miss...and the recoil damage doesnt even matter because if he's hit it's a OHKO anyways lol...OR you can run a mixed on him which works very very well.... fire blast/ flamethrower...a good special attack and a strong STAB flamethrower...that's really good to ppl just to run different walls

Flare Blitz, If you are thinking of a Choice or Maybe a Life Orb set, You might want to go with Flare Blitz.

If its a 'Wittle Down HP' Varient, you'll want Blaze Kick or Fire Punch, Preferably Fire Punch for Accuracy as missing with 1Hp is pretty much Suicide, Fire Punch can be gotten with a HeartScale, no Emerald Required.

But not if someone uses Sunny Day!

Or Snow Warning with an Abomasnow. Sure, not as common, but they still pop up every now and again. :)

What he was getting at, is if they switch in, You die before you can do anything to fix that.

I have a level 17 Combusken with an adamant nature. I've already started EV training it in attack and speed.
Based the advice you people gave me, this is what I am thinking:

Blaziken@Choice Scarf
Adamant nature
252Atk 252Spd 6HP
Flare blitz/Blaze kick
Sky Uppercut
Stone edge
???????

Need help on the last move. (I don't have Emerald, so t-punch is not a choice)

I guess it depends on the setup of the rest of you're team. Shadow Claw, Earthquake, and Brave Bird are the major ones that I can think of...
