I recently bred some Salamence, and I need to EV train them. I have a timid, jolly, modest, and many more. Being the evil genius I am... I was considering a bulky Dragon Dance Salamence for one of them... Then the Jolly/Adamant would just be a standard Life Orb 4/252/252, and Modest/Timid would be a standard Specmence. However, I need help devising EVs for my Bulky Salamence. Help?

OR would the DDMence from R/S/E work? I'm not exactly a genius when it comes to EVs. Dx

If you're using it competitively, then sorry, but you're late. Salamence is banned :/

Otherwise, bulky Mence ain't the best, because it has bad defences and terrible weaknesses, but it has Intimidate and Roost, so definitely have Roost. You'll want high speed to go with Roost, and you need high Attack to sweep well, but also you need Defense to work with Intimidate. So... :S

Maybe try 252/252/4, with attack, defense and speed, in any combination?

Well due to Its 4x weakness to Ice its a poor tank,
Having to use Yache berry prevents you from holding a recovery item,
however with my bulky rayquaza, which has a bit more defense, I ran Protect to flush out Ice Moves, then next turn swapped out rayquaza for a thick fat Tank Walrein(which takes 1/8 damage from Ice Attacks)

If I made a bulky salamence

I'd go the way of

careful w/ leftovers
EVs: HP 252, 120 DF, 120 SD
(Intimidate lowers AT, So this Spread protects from Special Attacks a little more)
Protect for flushing out Ice moves
Roost for Fast restore of health
Dragon Claw Reliable STAB
Earthquake good coverage
