Post subject:  Level 100 Squirtle...
Well I'm trying to level all of my Pokemon to 100 for a team, but there's a problem... I can't bring myself to keep my thumb off the B button when my Squirtle levels, he's just so mother effing cute. <3 Would a level 100 Squirtle still be decent in a team? Obviously a Blastoise would be better, but I'm really not that serious of a battler, and there would be nothing better than beating someone with a maxed out Squirtle. So would a competitively geared Squirtle be at least usable in a semi-competitive match, or do I have to evolve my beloved EPICTURTLE for him to have a chance against anything other than fire Pokemon?

No unless it got tons off baton pass suport plus every one here should know that you don't need to train it to lvl 100

You might be able to do something in NU with:

Adamant
Focus sash
252HP 252ATK 4DEF
-Fake out
-Aqua Jet
-Mirror coat/Counter
-Rapid spin/Toxic/Aqua tail

If you have decent IVs on it as well as having it EV trained. It can make an annoying sweeper if you managed to get Baton Pass support for the attacking style it uses speed and defenses. As well as Ingrain.

Alright guys, thanks for the advice. I might keep him for a secret attacker to throw off my opponents when I play with my friends.

don't use the squirtle in a baton-pass team: anything without a fire type and more than 70 base (special) attack move gets killed by half of OU, even at +6 (from personal experience). Use masterchef's set, it's the best one i can think off.
