ABOUT TIME! Mega K was an utter PAIN IN THE GLUDEOUS MAXIMUS. As stated on the Website, it pretty much just throws Team building out the window.
As for the second one......I dont even....thats really not even an issue to be honest.

As for the second one......I dont even....thats really not even an issue to be honest. Funbro has been going around as more of a trolling set. But essentially if Bro can block in any poke that cannot 2hko him it will force a win regardless by stalling the battle until the opponent quits. This was the typical set: Slowbro @ Leppa Berry Ability: Oblivious EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef Bold Nature - Slack Off - Block - Heal Pulse - Recycle -Slack off until the opponent runs out of PP, then use Heal Pulse to heal off struggle damage. Leppa+Recycle ensure unlimited PP for Bro. Recycle+Leppa+Fling/Pain Split combos have also been banned.

Is there any reason why Blaziken without Speed Boost is banned?

Smogon and PO find it simpler to just ban a poke rather than ban combinations of poke/ability/item . Thundrus-I last gen is another good example.
Psypoke last gen allowed Blaze Blaziken for site tourneys. But nothing has been put up yet for X/Y. Plus there's Blazikenite this gen to consider.

They ban Moody as an ability and they've banned two Mega Stones. It doesn't seem as though it'd be too difficult to ban Speed Boost Blaziken and Blazikenite so people such as myself you really adore Blaziken can still use it.

Smogon has just made another cut to Baton Pass, restricting the move to a single Pokemon per team, as opposed to the original limit of three.

I'm spending way too much time on pokemon this week...
Anyway, both Deoxys forms were banned by Smogon. Less than a week after I cobble together a cheap Baton Pass+Deoxys-S team, too...

Aegislash has been banned from the Smogon OU.
I hope they at least let the meta settle before they aim the ban hammer at someone else.

Mega Rayquaza has been banned from Ubers. Also, Ubers is now a tier rather than a banlist, with a new banlist implemented called All Goes, where the only rule is Endless Battle Clause.
