Remoraid ALSO learns octozooka. I think.

25 and 27 go to Sneaky_sneasel but I'm not sure about learning octazooka. The Psydex says it can't learn it naturally but it is a breeding move but with no chain. It's wierd. I'm not sure so I'll give WPM and blaziken386 a point each for now.
