Just to add on to that:

After you get three Silver symbols, you can do some gambling on a certain spot each day. (The house under the Pyramid to the right and talk to the man inside closest to you) You bet 5, 10, or 15. It doubles if you win when you see the guy again. You can do it as much as you want.

Also, the large house next to the PokeCenter there houses a man who "knows it all" or something. The place that he mentions gives an extra BP for the day.

Beating a Brain gets you an extra 10 points, too.

Try this for BattleTower and Dome:

{blaziken}@ScopeLens
Docile nature
BlazeKick
BrickBreak
ArielAce
BulkUp

Mixed sweeper. Good for first position.

{latias} @ Lefties
Calm nature
Psychic
DragonClaw
Thunderbolt
CalmMind

Sp. Sponge. Can deal the damage while taking it.

{aggron} @ QuickClaw
Adament nature: RockHead
IronTail
RockSlide
EarthQuake
DoubleEdge

Physical sponge. Its two major weaknesses (Ground and Fighting) can both be nulified by {latias}, while {latias}'s weaknesses are covered by {blaziken}, etc. These three are all based on covering each other's weaknesses, and could be used in almost any area of the Frontier. Enjoy!

Can you even use Lati@s in the battle frontier? IIRC you can't use any Legendaries/Ubers.

Also, trying using this in the Battle Dome, it will nearly kill everything. Combine it with a decent special attacker and you will do fine.

{crobat} @ Choice Band

Aerial Ace
Hidden Power Ground
Sludge Bomb
*filler* (I have Confuse Ray, for in the case you'll meet a Scizor/Steelix/Skarmory/Forretress and friends right away)

So basically you Sludge Bomb things to death (a STAB Sludge Bomb from a CB WILL hurt nearly everything). You kill the counters with the Special Attacker. Starmie will do, but watch out for Silver Wind Scizor, not that you will meet those every day, but still.

Edit: For the team above... Lol, you don't want to meet Swampert too often.

You can't use Pokemon like Mewtwo, Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza. I'm not sure about Jirachi, Deoxys, Mew, Celebi, Lugia, and Ho-oh though, as I don't have any of them to test it with.

I'll get to adding an extra section for individual Pokemon and teams instead of just teams, as that would make it easier for some reasons, but it'll probably take a little while.

The Crobat'll be added to the individual section. If you do use Confuse Ray with Choice Band, you'll have to switch, so it might not be worth it. Shadow Ball/Return would probably work there.

Cless is right about the vulnerability of the team (Skytune's) although I'll still add it to the teams. I'll just make a note about that in it. (Sorry I didn't notice it earlier  )

After a Confuse Ray you will indeed have to switch, but you'll leave them confused, making it easier for you to kill it with the other pogey you have. But yes Shadow Ball will probably do better.

Also, this is almost unbeatable in the Battle Dome:

{breloom} @ Leftovers
Adamant (+Atk, -Sp.Atk)
- Spore
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Hidden Power [Ghost]

Switch if you know you aren't faster.

About the {breloom} above, two words.

Aerial Ace

And with my trio, the Swampert might try Earthquake with Blaziken, which I would have first. I would switch Latias, so Earthquake would be nulled. The Swampert might try IceBeam, but Latias has high Sp. Def. as well as rather high Sp. Attack. Swampert is not reknowned for either of those. Latias could defianatly survive enough IceBeams to wipe the floor with the Swampert. Try it before you squash the idea. I'll let you know how it works once I get to the BattleFrontier.

Swampert used Rest, Swampert used Roar if you are stat upping. Swampert use Rock Slide... Swampert > Lati@s. As for the Breloom arguement, you'll most likely survive an Aerial Ace, even if it's STAB, from let's say Swellow. But I would switch no matter what since you don't know if he has CB attached or not. But that's where the second guy is for right? And I can mention more than only Aerial Ace that counters Breloom.

Every Pokemon has a counter. Name one that doesn't.

An Aerial Ace would more than like take out a Breloom, although I don't think that many people are stupid enough to go without switching. If you outspeed, you're fine. Also for Breloom, Substitute might not be necessary, although helpful. When your opponent's asleep, you could use something like Bulk Up, or Swords Dance (I think Breloom can learn that). Bulk Up if you want the Defense, and Swords Dance if you're all power. You could take away HP Ghost and still use Sub, but you'll be pretty useless if a Ghost shows. I'll wait for your reply.

Back to Latias, you could easily get by a Swampert if you've got enough Calm Mind's back up. If you don't have it, it will be harder, but it's not like you're invincible.

Edit: Guide update for the Inserts.

If you want help with your team, you should go to the Rating Center.

Either way, you can't have two Shell Bells on the same team, as with other hold items. You could change the Starmie to a Tank (Leftovers; Surf, Thunder Wave, Recover, Cosmic Power) if you want to keep the same Pokemon. Otherwise, aim for something like a Staller, Toxicer, or Healer for back-up measures.

Sableye: Counter with a decent Special Sweeper, that doesn't use Psychic. Sp. Def of 65, and HP of 50, will get wasted in short order.

First of all, I think you mean a Marowak that's holding a Thick Club, for Thick Clubs have no hands and cannot hold up Pokemon.

Moving back on topic, just because a Marowak holds Thick Club doesn't mean that it's good enough for the Battle Tower. A lot of factors decides its success in battling, mainly its movesets, as well as how you use it. I suggest you look through the guide again, this time, more thoroughly

But anyway, here is a possible moveset for a Marowak holding a Thick Club, which would do reasonably well.

Marowak @ Thick Club
Adamant | Rock Head
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
~Swords Dance
~Earthquake
~Rock Slide
~Aerial Ace/Double Edge

Swords Dance to raise attack, and, subsequently, sweep with the three offensive moves.

Try the Rating Center instead; you're likely to get better help there. Here's the link: http://psypokes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=261

As a general comment, your team looks fine.

The only thing I hate about battle frontier is that just about every time I get very far. The AI uses a OHKO move and sussesfully hits it 2-3 times in a row or get 3 critical hits in a row with a strong pokemon like Salmence. They use some of the following combos.

1) Quick Claw/OHKO- I know the crab PKMN usualy have this combo. An Aggron uses this too. This one catches me all the time.
2) Focus Band/OHKO
3) Double Team/OHKO

I only get lucky playing the Battle factory. They might give me that Meganium with Leech Seed, Subsitiute, and Sythiesis. To bad we can't set up the stats like we can on net battle. Then again being at lv100 makes the game a bit harder.

There are actually some example teams that can be used for the Frontier in the guide itself. It isn't going to take time to just use Find. (Ctrl + F on the guide page)

I don't have any comment (good or bad) on sandslash's team.

I tried what you advised. but it never works out.
I used a metagross, a skarmory, and a moltres( yah! you can enter the 3 legendary birds in). If that's not a good team 2 u, then let me know! Ok, thats all I have to say.

I obviously can't tell you that it's a good team because Pokemon themselves don't make your team good, it's the moves and strategies that you utilize that determine how good a team is. Go to the Rating Center if you want someone to comment over it.
